Dr. Sarah Beker, Chiropractor
Dr. Sarah’s interest in chiropractic care began long before her professional training. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she gained firsthand experience with injuries, rehabilitation, and the value of healthy movement. It wasn’t until she underwent chiropractic treatment following a motor vehicle accident that she truly recognized the profound impact this profession can have. That experience solidified her decision to pursue a career dedicated to helping others move and feel their best.
Dr. Sarah earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2022 and went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences in December 2025. During her education, she cultivated a strong appreciation for evidence-informed, hands-on care and the importance of empowering patients in their own recovery.
In her clinical approach, Dr. Sarah utilizes diversified chiropractic adjustments, manual joint and soft-tissue mobilizations, activator-assisted techniques, and tailored home exercise and stretching programs. She also integrates kinesiotaping, cupping, muscle scraping, and provides custom orthotics to enhance healing, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness. She is committed to identifying and addressing the underlying cause of symptoms to promote meaningful, lasting results. Her guiding belief is that movement is essential to health, and everyone should feel confident in their ability to move well.
Dr. Sarah enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and has particular interests in sports-related injuries, pediatric care, and pregnancy support. She strives to create a welcoming, patient-centered environment where people feel listened to, supported, and motivated throughout their treatment.
Outside of practice, Sarah loves golfing, crocheting, binge-watching her favourite shows, baking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
