Our Registered Acupuncturists

Robin Hsu, R. Ac

Robin graduated from Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019. He is an active member of the CAA and AAATCMD.

Robin chose to become an Acupuncturist because he likes help people through a holistic and natural way or alternative way from modern western medicine, and work alongside western medicine to help people heal with their body's natural components. Acupuncture and herbal therapy is an interesting study of medicine which incorporates the body's natural ability to heal on its own. Robin uses different techniques such as graston, cupping, Tui Na, electro therapy, auricular acupuncture, musculoskeletal, MVA, and hormonal balances.

Robin, when not working with his clients, enjoys playing sports (basketball, volleyball, baseball), hiking, water activities and hanging out with friends and family.

Additional to her experience as an RMT, Sam has also earned the title of ‘Doctor of

Alyssa Daly, R. Ac

Aly’s passion for wellness first took root on her yoga mat, where she discovered the innate healing that arises when one chooses to be fully present in the moment. In 2013, she began her teaching journey with a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga program and has since had many opportunities to deepen her love for wellness as both a student and teacher of yoga.

In 2016, Aly graduated with a Diploma of Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she earned three diplomas. In 2024, she completed the 2200-Hour Massage Therapy program, and in July 2025, she obtained both an Acupuncture Diploma (R.Ac.) and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma (DTCM). She was also the recipient of the 2025 Clinical Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding performance in the Acupuncture and DTCM programs.

Much like yoga, Aly views massage and TCM as ancient healing practices that connect body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about sharing these offerings and holding space for the unique needs of each individual.

Aly finds that massage and acupuncture weave together seamlessly—relieving tension and restoring function in the body while also cultivating deeper harmony of body, mind, and spirit. For her, treating the physical body is never just about releasing discomfort; it is an opening to restore balance in the whole person.

Her approach is rooted in presence, compassion, and creating a safe space where patients feel genuinely cared for. Aly believes there is something profoundly healing in touch therapy—she loves that massage not only eases tension in the body, but also nurtures connection, grounding, and release in ways that words often cannot. She also loves how acupuncture expands upon this, offering even more ways to align the body’s systems and support harmony on deeper levels.

Together, these practices complement one another beautifully, allowing Aly to support her clients and patients not only in easing physical concerns but also in feeling more whole, resilient, and aligned in their lives. She offers massage, acupuncture, and a unique combination of the two—an approach many clients find especially restorative. For clients who already love massage, Aly warmly encourages exploring acupuncture as well, as it can open new pathways of balance, vitality, and well-being.

Aly is honoured to share massage therapy and acupuncture in the heart of Marda Loop and is excited to support her clients and patients in feeling their brightest.
