Natasha Matheson, Registered Massage Therapist

Natasha Matheson spent six years backpacking across Canada and, through her experiences, found her passion for massage. This led her to enroll in the course at CDI College in 2016. She proudly completed her course and continued her education in the Rehabilitation Therapist Assistant course in 2018. She is licensed with the city of Calgary and is in good standing with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association. With her educational background and experience, Natasha will use this knowledge to give her clients the best care possible to feel refreshed and rejuvenated while helping them reach their treatment goals.

Through her education, she has found a progressive rehabilitative aspect to her treatments, starting with lighter relaxation techniques and leading into a deeper, more therapeutic aspect of the treatment. She is skilled in Therapeutic/Relaxation, Pre/Postnatal massage, TMJ, Myofascial Release, Dynamic Cupping, and Trigger Point Therapy.

She is focused on Home care and communication for her clients. Her motto is "what you do off the table is 10x more important than what I can do for you on the table". With that, she always keeps track of tasks given to her clients and will monitor every treatment to see the progression. Then if needed, she will assess and adjust accordingly if required to meet each client's goal. This is where the client connection Natasha builds with each person is essential as she aspires to make each client's therapy appointment personal to their health needs and lifestyle.

Being outside in nature is where you can find Natasha on her off time. She enjoys dancing, going to music festivals, and spinning props like staff, rope darts, and Poi during her spare time. She is a stick and poke tattoo artist and loves making different clothing outfits. Lastly, she is a reptile lover; ask her corn snake Lord Booper Snooticus of the Crook Tail Clan.
