Our Registered Massage Therapists
Brandy Nadon, Registered Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience, Brandy is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist who brings a holistic, intuitive, and trauma-informed approach to every treatment. Her career began in the spa and wellness industry, where she spent a decade developing her foundation in relaxation massage, Reiki, facial massage, and holistic healing practices. These early years laid the groundwork for her deeply empathetic approach to care.
Over the past five years, Brandy has focused her practice on supporting individuals living with stress injuries and trauma—physical and emotional wounds that can profoundly impact the body, mind, and spirit. She believes that unresolved pain, even from our earliest experiences, can become stored in the body, leading to chronic discomfort and diminished well-being.
Brandy’s goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for healing, guiding her clients toward balance, restoration, and wholeness. Her work is centered on deep listening—to the body, to the nervous system, and to the unique needs of each client.
While Brandy is highly skilled in a wide range of techniques, she holds a special passion for CranioSacral Therapy and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, two powerful approaches that align closely with her trauma-informed philosophy.
Brandy believes that self-care is not selfish, but a vital part of living fully and authentically. As she often says, “You cannot serve from an empty vessel.” Her mission is to help clients refill that vessel—through deep, restorative healing that honors the whole person."

Alyssa Daly, Registered Massage Therapist
Aly’s passion for wellness first took root on her yoga mat. It was there that she discovered the innate healing that unfolds when we choose to be fully present. In 2013, she began her teaching journey through a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga program. Since then, she has had the joy of continuing to learn and grow—both as a student and a teacher—exploring the many layers of holistic well-being through yoga and beyond.
In 2016, Aly earned a Diploma of Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, deepening her understanding of how diet and lifestyle shape our health. Most recently, she graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, completing three diplomas: a 2200-Hour Massage Therapy program (2024), an Acupuncture Diploma (R.Ac.), and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma (DTCM) in July 2025. She was also honoured to receive the 2025 Clinical Excellence Award, in recognition of outstanding clinical performance throughout the Acupuncture and DTCM programs.
Much like yoga, both massage therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are ancient healing arts that support the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Aly is deeply passionate about sharing these practices and holding space for everyone’s healing journey—wherever they may be on their path.
In her massage sessions, Aly blends eastern and western techniques to create a balanced, restorative experience. Massage naturally helps reduce pain, boosts those feel-good hormones, improves range of motion, and enhances strength and longevity—leaving clients in a state of peaceful bliss.
Aly’s acupuncture sessions are thoughtfully curated to meet your unique needs. TCM offers wide-ranging support—from pain relief, improved sleep, and digestive balance to menstrual and menopausal care, mental health support, and fertility enhancement. When the internal terrain is in balance, the external world responds. Acupuncture helps restore that internal harmony, reconnecting every client with the vitality needed to live in alignment with their most vibrant self.
Aly is excited to offer Massage Therapy and Acupuncture here in the heart of Marda Loop, and she would be honoured to support every client in feeling their brightest.
