Dr. Ashley Young, Chiropractor
Dr. Ashley Young earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from New York Chiropractic College after achieving her Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University. Dr. Young is certified in Active Release Technique (ART), Lower Extremity Athletic Movement Assessment and Functional Integrated Needling. She is pursuing her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture license from McMaster University.
Dr. Young’s approach to care integrates an array of evidence-based techniques inclusive of spinal manipulation, soft tissue release modalities and neurofunctional acupuncture to treat a variety of neuromusculoskeletal related conditions. She has special interests in human performance, and the management of chronic spinal conditions. Dr. Young understands the day-to-day physical demands placed on the human frame and works closely with her patients to create customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Dr. Young specializes in preventative care, performance enhancement and rehabilitative care. Her mission is to be a facilitator in helping her patients achieve their personal health goals by creating an optimal state through functional restoration, pain and dysfunction reduction.

Dr. Michael Kennedy BSc., Chiropractor
Dr. Kennedy grew up in the Kitchener-Waterloo area where he was very active in sports joining the football, basketball, badminton and ski teams during high school. After completing his Secondary School Diploma as an Ontario Scholar, he attended the University of Western Ontario and completed his degree in Physiology. During this time his father sought out a chiropractor for a degenerative hip condition and this exposure to chiropractic led Dr. Kennedy to apply to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Kennedy was extremely interested in Chiropractic’s natural approach to health care using the innate healing abilities of the body to balance the nervous system without the use of drugs or surgery.
After being accepted into CMCC in 1986, he completed the 4-year program and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1990. He began his career as an associate doctor at Shoppers World Mall in Brampton; and in 1993 he purchased the practice and became clinic director. He has run a family practice for the last 32 years in Brampton. Since 2004 Dr. Kennedy has been the Chief Examiner for Ontario for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board responsible for the practical licensing exams run three times a year in Hamilton. For the past 9 years Dr. Kennedy has been a peer assessor for the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, conducting assessments of colleagues as part of the quality assurance and self-regulatory body of the College. Dr. Kennedy treats a wide variety of patients and conditions including athletes, seniors, children and pregnant women. In his spare time, he enjoys racquetball, squash, skiing and golf.
Dr. Rachel Calabrese, Chiropractor
Dr. Rachel Calabrese is a licensed chiropractor, dedicated to helping patients move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing a Bachelor of Science at McMaster University.
With clinical expertise in concussion care, chronic pain, and injury management, Dr. Calabrese takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. Her treatment style blends chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and targeted exercises to deliver personalized care for every patient.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys rock climbing, getting lost in a good book, and hitting the gym. Whether she’s helping a patient regain mobility or reaching new heights at the climbing wall, Dr. Calabrese is committed to building strength, resilience, and a better quality of life.
