Christina Noronha - Registered Massage Therapist
Christina is a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. She graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, where she obtained her advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She has extensive hands-on experience with various populations such as: infancy and pregnancy, athletes, stroke patients, motor vehicle accidents, drug withdrawal, palliative care and neurological conditions. She has treated patients of all ages, and uses various massage techniques such as: Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, fascial techniques, range of motion techniques and more. Christina believes that massage therapy is not only hands on manipulation of tissues, but provides a general sense of wellness. Her goal is to help patients achieve their health goals by providing individual treatment plans focusing on massage and home care exercises. Christina’s goal is to further educate herself in different areas of massage, modalities, home care, etc., to improve her knowledge and skills as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Sarb Multani, Registered Massage Therapist
Sarb is a Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) that graduated from National Institute of Massage Therapy. He is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and holds good standing. He is well versed in treating a range of ailments from injuries to postural imbalances, chronic conditions or specific injuries including sprains, strains, tendinitis, headaches, low back & neck spasms. His treatments usually consist of a combination of myofascial, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques and traditional Swedish massage.
Jay (Jie) Xu, Registered Massage Therapist
Jay is trained in building treatment plans for his clients that help progress towards attaining their own personal goals. Experienced in providing relaxing, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and self-care treatment plans, Jay can assist clients with anxiety, muscle and joint aches and pains, headaches, sports injuries and chronic conditions. Jay completed an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy and is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He enjoys educating his clients to help them better understand their biomechanics and what they need to feel their best.
Gagan Purba, Registered Massage Therapist
Gagan Purba is a Registered Massage Therapist with the college of Massage Therapist of Ontario. He graduated from Medix Collage, where he obtained his advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. He regimen his clients through different manual techniques such as manual traction, mobilization, manipulation, & trigger point therapy. He has more than 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist. He believes that Massage therapy embraces the concept of medicarix naturae, which means aiding the ability of the body to heal itself. Touch is fundamental medium of massage therapy. He trusts that with their touch, therapists help heal injuries, relieve pain, increase circulation and aid general wellness.
Urvi Chavla, Registered Massage Therapist
Urvi is Registered Massage therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from the National Institute. She uses a variety of treatment techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release and relaxation techniques to assist clients in pain relief, musculoskeletal treatment, and relaxation. She is specifically interested in the treatment of Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction to alleviate tension and headaches.
Rupinder Kaur, Registered Massage Therapist
Rupinder Kaur is registered massage therapist (RMT), in good standing with the CMTO. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue Massage Therapy as a career path. She is eager to provide client-focused massage therapy treatments by continuously listening to clients and tailoring every treatment with their needs in mind. She si well versed in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Her modalities include Deep tissue massages, Relaxation, Trigger point therapy, fascial techniques, cupping, hydrotherapy, hot stone, remedial exercises, Rhythmic mobilization, and more. I have a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude toward life.
