Tin (Thomas) Lau,
Registered Massage Therapist
Thomas discovered his calling in massage therapy through a fascination with the body's natural capacity to heal, and a desire to help people move through pain rather than simply manage it. This passion led him to formal training at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology of Canada and Capital Medical University of China, where he is pursuing a degree in TCM, giving him a well-rounded foundation in both Western and TCM massage principles.
Since entering the field, Thomas has built a practice centered on treating shoulder, neck, and back pain, sports injuries, office-related strain, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, headaches, and joint issues. His approach is grounded in Swedish and Deep tissue Massage — using long, flowing strokes, targeted pressure, and stretching to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural recovery — complemented by Myofascial Release, Acupuncture, and Tui Na for a more complete, whole-body approach.
Every treatment begins with a careful assessment: observing posture, listening closely to the client's symptoms, and using palpation to pinpoint the true source of discomfort. Rather than chasing symptoms, Thomas treats the root cause — a philosophy that shapes every session, from the first consultation onward. Clients can expect a relaxing yet purposeful treatment, tailored to their body and their goals, with guidance on aftercare to support recovery between visits.
The result is care that aims not just for temporary relief, but for lasting, meaningful change — helping clients move, work, and live without pain holding them back.
Outside the treatment room, Thomas brings the same curiosity and dedication to his own well-being, continually deepening his expertise and staying attuned to the evolving needs of the people he treats.

Mozhgan Roshan Ravan,
Registered Massage Therapist
I am a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Humber college institute of technology and advanced learning in 2020.
I had the honor of being guided and graduated by a group of highly knowledgeable and well recognized professors, in one of the most credible massage therapy institutes in the country.
Right now I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 5 years. During my career span I also had the advantage of working along with multiple Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in various multidisciplinary clinics. This exposure and collaboration provided me with a valuable knowledge in assessment of the underlying cause of pain and discomfort in my patients and delivering safe and effective treatment.
My treatments sessions and my communication style are tailored to each individual patient’s needs and receiving capacity. I incorporate relaxation massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, remedial exercises and an array of addition maneuvers and tactile in my treatment sessions.
In addition I investigate and figure out the underlying cause of discomfort in my clients both for safety and to making sure I provide the most effective care. I also educate my clients regarding their condition and the role that they play in their wellness goals and full recovery by maintaining their selfcare routine and teach them home exercises, after care and collaborative care.
I add modalities to my treatment sessions according to clients’ needs and demonstrate collaborative care model with the rest of the providers team at my practice location and the my clients’ health care providers at other locations as well.

Lester Bernard,
Registered Massage Therapist
28 Years of Experience. 8 Massage Styles. One Goal: Help You Feel Better.
With 28 years of experience as a massage therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and with a wide range of needs—from sports injuries and office-related aches and tension to everyday pain, stress and relaxation.
I also worked as a physiotherapy assistant for many years, which gave me valuable insight into movement, injury recovery and the mechanics of the body. That’s when i came across the saying ‘motion is lotion’.
My treatments may incorporate a variety of techniques, including Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, Shiatsu, reflexology, cupping, hot stone and lymphatic drainage. I also do prenatal/pregnancy massage. When appropriate, I’ll include stretching and other techniques to create a treatment tailored to each individual.
After 29 years, one thing I know for sure is that every body is different. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I listen, assess and adapt each treatment to meet your needs.
I enjoy a challenge, love helping people and never know what interesting challenge might walk through my door next. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, carrying tension from a long day at the office, preparing for the arrival of a little one, or simply looking for some time to relax, I’m always happy to help.
Here is an interesting fact- “Did you know? Slow, rhythmic touch can help shift the body toward its relaxation response?”
I hope to see you soon. Take care
Pro tip: Don’t wait until your body files a formal complaint. 😄
