Will my extended health care plan cover the costs of massage therapy?
Taking care of your health should be simple. That’s why we offer direct billing with most major insurance companies.
We recommend checking your benefits before your appointment to confirm which treatments are covered and how much coverage you have. Please note that some insurance providers require a doctor’s note prior to your first visit.
If your insurance company is not set up for direct billing with Massage Addict, we kindly ask that you bring an alternate form of payment. You can then submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.
Below, you’ll find a list of common insurance providers we work with. Our team is always happy to answer questions and help you understand your options.
