Charles Craig Sherman, Registered Massage Therapist
Charles is a graduate of Bryan College (formerly Elmcrest College) and has been trained in Swedish techniques as well as hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue. He has worked in spas and multidisciplinary clinics. Charles enjoys giving the best of client care, while treating for pain, strains, sprains or simply relaxation. He has experience in pre- and post-natal treatments as well as volunteering at athletic endeavors such as the Toronto Marathon, Motion Ball and an outreach to a Thai boxing club. He also enjoys being involved with vision impaired curling groups in Toronto and Oshawa.
Lisa Lorray, Registered Massage Therapist
Lisa graduated from Trillium College. She has extensive knowledge in providing deep tissue massage, as well as prenatal massage, fracture rehab and Multiple Sclerosis. She has provided massage therapy at several community events around Durham Region such as the Relay for Life and Children’s Aid Society. She is also trained in esthetics and provides excellent facial massages. Lisa utilizes fascial techniques, myofascial trigger points, passive stretching and joint mobilization to reduce restriction and increase range of motion. She is dedicated to helping her clients return to their normal activities of daily living, stress and pain free, by providing on-going high quality treatments.
Natalia Turner, Registered Massage Therapist
Natalia obtained her diploma at the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and holds a certificate in Massage Therapy for Pregnancy from Trimesters Massage Therapy Education. Natalia understands that a healthy body plays an important role in rehabilitation. She believes that remedial exercise is a key component of returning the body to healthy state of being and incorporates her personal training knowledge in her treatment plans. Natalia specializes in perinatal massage, sports massage and hydrotherapy techniques. Whether treating the weekend warrior who sprained an ankle yesterday, the mom who is minutes away from delivering her bundle of joy, or that chronic low back pain that just always seems to be there, she strives to ensure her patients enjoy a healthy quality of life.
Elizabeth Goslin, Registered Massage Therapist
Elizabeth graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2014. She has been trained in Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Prenatal massage, and Infant massage instructing through the International Association of Infant Massage. Elizabeth regularly provides fascial work with a great range of relaxing to deep pressure.
Gregory Cohen, Registered Massage Therapist
Greg has worked as a Massage Therapist for almost 10 years and offers his clients the therapeutic touch with individually designed treatments. He believes that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring well-being of the body, and provides deep relaxation by incorporating different techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Greg’s style is centered on client needs and he continually seeks opportunities to work with motivated individuals who are dedicated to recovery and/or complete relaxation. Greg’s expertise include headaches, deep tissue and prenatal. Greg’s enthusiasm and belief in massage therapy drives him to help clients find their freedom from pain.
Dewar Chung, Registered Massage Therapist
Dewar's absolute treatment mission is to provide his clients with positive health and healing results, via his focused therapeutic treatments. He is a Registered Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist. Dewar graduated from the Royal Institute of Science & Management and from John & Jenny Traditional Chinese Medicine College, in Toronto. He has a deep TCM background under Master Lee Chi Wai (31st generation Shaolin Temple warrior monk) and Master Shen Ching Jui(3rd generation Taiwan Tung's).
Wenjun (William) Jiang, Registered Massage Therapist
William graduated from the Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada and is a registered massage therapist (R.M.T.). He has extensive experience working in various environments such as rehabilitation centers, MVA clinics and spas, which enables him to adapt to the needs of various clients. He specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage , as well as sports massage, hot stone massage, myofascial release and trigger point release. William cares about the needs of patients and always uses his skills and knowledge to formulate effective treatment plans with patients. After treatment, he is always happy to teach patients how to perform remedial exercises at home to better help them recover.
Trista Waern, Registered Massage Therapist
Hello! My name is Trista and I’m excited to be a new therapist with Massage Addict. I am in good standing with the CMTO, a recent graduate with honours from Fleming College and full of passion. I plan to continue my education in reflexology, cranial-sacral work, Indian head massage, cupping and much more.
I take client care very seriously by applying the techniques I’ve learned in relaxation, myofascial release, resting muscle tension, decreasing pain sustained from injuries, and increasing range of motion and improving the ability to continue daily activities.
Besides massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling and having fun while going on all sorts of adventures.
Vindra Maharaj, Registered Massage Therapist
Vindra is a 2019 graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been involved in the clinical setting for 7 year. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has worked in many different settings such as hospitals, seniors home, spas and condition specific clinics such as MS, Stroke, and adults with disabilities. She has also worked extensively in MVA clinics and physiotherapy clinics.
As part of her studies, Vindra practiced the palliative care unit at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre that specialized in the treatment of symptom management, on going cancer treatment and end of life care. Vindra excelled greatly in this unit as she demonstrated her passion and willingness to help those in need.
Apart from Swedish Massage, Vindra uses a several variations of different techniques such as fascial release, joint mobilization and traction to restore function and mobility. She carries out a substantial amount treatment based massages, while continuing to provide a relaxing environment for her clients.
Vindra has expressed her adoration for massage therapy through her practice while being able to pursue what she is passionate about. Her experience and dedication to the profession has made her the massage therapist that she is today.
