Lynne Poole, Certified Reflexologist

Lynne Poole is a member of the Reflexology Council of Ontario (RRCO). She obtained her certification from Centennial College in 2009. Along with Reflexology, Lynne is a level three Reiki practitioner, with experience in Hot Stone Massage therapy and Indian Head Massage Therapy. Lynne is also a meditation/relaxation instructor and Certified Yoga teacher. Lynne believes that 90% of all illness is caused by stress, and strives to help you feel deeply relaxed and stress free to allow the body to heal itself. Lynne's reflexology treatments improve overall health and well-being, and can help with ailments such as diabetes, digestion disorders, sleeping issues, sciatica, headaches plantar fasciitis and more.

Kathleen McCarthy, Certified Reflexologist

Kathleen is a member of the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR). It is Kathleen’s love of helping others that eventually drew her to Reflexology. Natural health is a passion she has developed for over 20 years. Kathleen believes the body can naturally heal itself but sometimes it needs help to get there. Life stresses, sleep patterns, food choices, hormones, etc. all play a role in our health. Reflexology has been known to help with digestive issues, headaches, stress, sleep issues, muscle tension, PMS, and much more. Kathleen believes Reflexology pairs well with the quest to manage these issues, and help the body get back to balance. Stephanie Byfield, Certified Reflexologist

Stephanie has over 20 years experience in the wellness, fitness and recreation industry. As a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT), with an educational background in Fitness & Health Promotion and Therapeutic Recreation, Stephanie has developed wellness programs for individuals with acute pain and illnesses; chronic pain and illnesses; work and sports related injuries; mental health conditions and intellectual, cognitive and physical disabilities. Her focus is on helping others achieve wellness through holistic modalities that can compliment any lifestyle.
