Marc Daneault,

Registered Massage Therapist

Marc is a Registered Massage Therapist, fluent in both English and French, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity Sciences and more than 30 years of experience in physical education, coaching, and the study of human movement. His extensive background in exercise, sport, biomechanics, and rehabilitation provides a strong foundation for his clinical approach to Massage Therapy.

After graduating from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2023, he developed an approach to Massage Therapy focused on helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and move more comfortably and effectively. His treatments are tailored to each client's needs, with an emphasis on understanding the underlying factors that may be contributing to their symptoms rather than simply addressing the area of discomfort.

His clinical experience includes working with a broad range of musculoskeletal concerns, including low back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, knee pain, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, shin splints, and nerve-related conditions, among many others. He incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Rapid NeuroFascial Reset, cupping, and sports massage.

He has pursued advanced education in Neurotraining, Advanced Sport Massage, clinical cupping techniques, and Rapid NeuroFascial Reset. He is now a Rapid NeuroFascial Reset Specialist. His commitment to continuing education reflects his desire to continually expand his knowledge, refine his clinical skills, and become a better therapist. In particular, his ongoing exploration of neurological approaches to Massage Therapy reflects his interest in better understanding the relationship between the nervous system, movement, and the body's response to treatment. By continuing to learn and explore different approaches, he strives to provide increasingly effective and well-informed care for his clients.

His interest in a neurological approach to Massage Therapy began during his clinical training, particularly through his experience working at a spinal cord injury clinic. Working with patients with complex movement challenges gave him an opportunity to see firsthand how the nervous system can influence movement and recovery. One experience in particular made a lasting impression on him and sparked a deeper curiosity about how Massage Therapy can interact with the nervous system. This became an important turning point in the development of his clinical approach and continues to influence the way he thinks about treatment today.

Drawing on his background as an educator and coach, Marc places a strong emphasis on communication, patient education, and self-care. His knowledge and application of Neurotraining play an important role in this aspect of his practice, allowing him to provide clients with individualized guidance and simple, effective Neurotraining techniques that they can incorporate into their daily lives. He believes that effective care extends beyond the treatment room and that helping clients better understand their bodies and actively participate in their own recovery can support lasting improvements in movement, comfort, and function.

Marc is committed to helping each client better understand their body, work toward their personal health and movement goals, and feel more confident in managing their own well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Marc enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor pursuits, including singing, theatre, painting, photography, and hiking.

Marija Dzaja,

Certified Reflexologist

I have spent many years working in Health care by doing home visits. As a Personal Support worker I had a lot of clients with the different needs and suffering from different diseases. While providing the care for my clients with my positive attitude and compassion, they would often say:
“Marija please put your magic hands on my feet 🦶 or hand.”

I would massage their feet and intuitively touched pressure points. Every person was experienced it in different way and I received great feedback on how good they feel after that.
This is what INSPIRED me to obtain a Reflexology certification and expand my skills and knowledge.

I graduated at Ontario’s College of Reflexology and became a member Reflexology Association of Canada. With my philosophy of Reflexology and Spirituality I will treat my clients in a holistic way. I believe that a person is structural, chemical and spiritual being. With reflex massage I will bring all the three elements into balance. Every client will be treated in a very special way to the best of my ability. Reflexology is truly magic treatment .

Also, I am proud to say that I have been working for Massage Addict clinic since March 2020.
