Jennifer Myers, Stretching Coach

Jennifer has 20-plus years of experience in a variety of client-centered care environments, providing services to enhance overall fitness, health, and well-being.  Serving in the past as a regular force army member and fitness standards team lead with the Department of National Defence, She has gained an understanding of the importance of body movement with a focus on stretch and flexibility to maintain a healthy range of motion, coordination, and balance.  Jennifer has advocated and developed programs for clients in communities with seizure disorders and brain injuries. She can easily pivot and adapt to meet people where they are with their goals and expected outcomes, both in sport and with activities of daily living.  Also, as an avid golfer, hiker, kickboxing enthusiast, and a fan of playing just about anything with a racquet in hand, who may have had an injury or two, she has firsthand experience with knowing the benefits of good stretch and flexibility practice…or how it can prevent injuries.
