Tara Matheson, R. Ac
Tara completed a 4 year degree in Recreation Therapy from Dal and had the opportunity to work with Seniors in that field. It was there she learned the importance of balance to achieve health. She then went on to pursue her Reflexology certification in 2019 and then took a 3-year program to in Acupuncture and TCM. I believe Reflexology is a gentle way to stimulate your body’s natural ability to heal through relaxation and focus on areas in need of support. It stimulates the parasympathetic response in your body and encourages increased circulation.
Acupuncture as a healing modality is a more direct approach to encouraging balance by connecting all internal body systems together. I have had great success with pain management, relaxation, and improving energy levels.
