Our Student Massage Therapists
Sarah Wiebe, Massage Student
Sarah Wiebe is currently in her 2nd year of Massage Therapy at Wellington College of Remedial Therapies and plans to graduate in June 2025.
She chose to enter the Massage Therapy profession wanting to specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to help support, educate and advocate for her clients to ensure the proper management of their symptoms based on her knowledge and personal experience.
When she can find a minute away from her studies, Sarah enjoys going out to the cabin, fishing, crafting and spending time with friends, family and her two crazy French Bulldogs!
Sarah will be able to start taking clients for September 20th, and will be with us on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Sarah looks forward to assisting with a relaxation massage at Massage Addict St Vital!
Lydia Battellani, Massage Student
Lydia is someone who brings a calm and attentive presence to every treatment. She genuinely cares about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable and supported. Her approach is thoughtful and intuitive, with a focus on helping people feel more connected to their bodies and more at ease in their daily lives.
Lydia’s journey into massage therapy began with a deep interest in health and wellness. The ability to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote healing through touch inspired her to pursue this path.
Outside of massage therapy, her hobbies are going to the gym, travelling, and being with friends and family. Whether she’s exploring a new destination or just enjoying good company, these experiences help her stay energized, present, and inspired both personally and professionally.
Lydia’s treatment style is centred on promoting relaxation, targeting specific muscle groups, or personalized care, and she incorporates a range of modalities, such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, to address the unique needs of each client.
Lydia is currently enrolled at Robertson College and will be graduating in June 2025. She looks forward to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist and continuing to support others on their wellness journeys.
Lydia is excited to meet you on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays!
