Lincoln is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, British Columbia (1995) and of Brandon University in Brandon, Manitoba. Lincoln has practiced for many years in Vancouver and in Winnipeg. Lincoln is a registered member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association.
Tanya Seguin, Registered Massage Therapist
Graduate from Robertson College. Certified in Relaxation, and Remedial Massage Treatments. Focus is on assessment, treatment, stretching, and a home program. Hot Stone Massage and Cupping are extensions of my studies. Professional and therapeutic knowledge of conditions that affect us in life. The treatments utilized will improve relaxation, circulation, joint mobility, recovery from soft tissue injuries, and relieve muscle tension.
Sabrina Russell, Registered Massage Therapist
I went to Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies and I graduated July 2018 and am a member of RMTSMB, Remedial Massage Therapists Society of Manitoba. I became a RMT because I like helping others alleviate their aches and pains they may have from injuries or daily stressors. There are so many positive health benefits associated with Massage therapy that even I wasn’t aware of until diving into the realm of becoming an RMT. I am certified in Therapeutic, Swedish and Hot Stone massage.
In my spare time I like to paint, listen to music and watch movies. I love to spend time with family and friends. I also like going on “adventures” with my significant other whether it’s a walk to the forks or drive to a provincial park.
Courtney Sorokopud-Jones, Registered Massage Therapist
Courtney is a Registered Massage Therapist from Winnipeg Manitoba. Courtney recently graduated with honours from Robertson College. Growing up with a passion for sports and health, Courtney knew she wanted to pursue a career were she could take her interest in human anatomy, rehabilitation and kinesiology and tie it in with her love of sports. As a massage therapist she is trained in many soft tissue manipulations like myofascial techniques, frictioning, general swedish, manual stretching and neuromuscular work. Besides on body techniques she is also trained in remedial exercise practices like stretching, strengthening, hydrotherapy, and range of motion. Courtney has a passion for working with active individuals who are motivated to live a healthy lifestyle.
Though a recent graduate she has worked with a wide range of people with a vast array of different health concerns. She completed her practicum with experience of treating athletes from clubs like Valour FC and The Winnipeg Goldeyes, geriatric patients, pre and post-natal individuals, and an extensive range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological and chronic complaints. Having experienced such broad training it lead her too what she was truly passionate about, helping active individuals and fellow athletes get back to their best is the reason she chose a career as a massage therapist. She is also an active member of MTAM (Massage Therapist Association of Manitoba).
As a dual citizen with Australia she has traveled back and forth her whole life. She has completed part of her grade school overseas. Growing up in two countries she got to experience many sports and activities. Soccer, basketball, badminton, golf, volleyball, long distance running, triathlons, competitive swimming and softball were all activities she enjoyed. She found that hockey was her true passion and it lead her to many opportunities. She was a member of the Australian under 18 women’s national ice hockey team and participated in tournaments all over the world including Asia, Europe and Australia. Besides sports her other main pursuit is traveling the world. She has been to over 50 countries and admires experiencing new cultures. Courtney is an enthusiastic individual eager to start her practice as a massage therapist.
Jody Neufeld, Registered Massage Therapist
Jody graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2014 and an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association. She became a Registered Massage Therapist because growing up she saw massage therapy used as a successful rehabilitation tool for some of her family members. When looking at career opportunities that combined with my desire to help people it made massage therapy seem like a perfect fit. Jody specializes in Deep tissue and relaxation massage. In her spare time, Jody enjoys soccer, slo-pitch, swimming, and badminton. She also appreciates Saturday crosswords and a good book.
