Sabrina Russell, Registered Massage Therapist

I went to Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies and I graduated July 2018 and am a member of RMTSMB, Remedial Massage Therapists Society of Manitoba. I became a RMT because I like helping others alleviate their aches and pains they may have from injuries or daily stressors. There are so many positive health benefits associated with Massage therapy that even I wasn’t aware of until diving into the realm of becoming an RMT. I am certified in Therapeutic, Swedish and Hot Stone massage.

In my spare time I like to paint, listen to music and watch movies. I love to spend time with family and friends. I also like going on “adventures” with my significant other whether it’s a walk to the forks or drive to a provincial park.
