Charles Gollob, Registered Massage Therapist
Charles is a graduate of Sault College and has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 1999. He is the founder of Journey Massage a thriving massage therapy clinic in Waterloo, Ontario.
Charles has worked in a variety of settings including a chiropractor’s office, corporate offices, Freeport Hospital and in a private clinic. He enjoys post trauma work and has helped people recover from fractures and surgeries in the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. He is also adept at treating injuries and faulty muscle patterns from sports such as curling, golf, hockey, soccer, squash, tennis and volleyball.
Charles enjoys helping his clients overcome poor muscle patterns that result from their day to day work and activities. He provides them with ongoing massage therapy to counteract poor patterns as well as exercises to specifically deal with those patterns.

Stephanie LeClair, Registered Massage Therapist
Stephanie graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT), BC in 2012 and is a Registered Massage Therapist from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Science degree from Thompson Rivers University (TRU).
Stephanie provides each client with a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan using her foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. She utilizes a wide variety of techniques during her treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial technique, as well as strengthening and stretching exercises. She has experience treating patients who suffer from headaches, back pain, whiplash, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome, tendonitis, ligament sprains, sleeping problems, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, and other chronic pain related conditions such as fibromyalgia. She also provides pre & post-natal care.
Stephanie believes massage therapy is an important part of our health care system as it covers a broad spectrum of conditions from rehabilitation post-injury, preventative care, as well as stress reduction which can help people lead healthier and happier lives.
Stephanie is excited to be a part of the Waterloo Uptown Team and looks forward to helping as many clients as possible!
Kaitlyn Landry, Registered Massage Therapist
Kaitlyn graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012. Throughout her years as a RMT she has successfully helped many clients with pain management and conditions such as mental health (anxiety/depression/bipolar disorder), stress management, chronic pain conditions, migraines & headaches, scoliosis of entire spine, whiplash and other cranial traumas, concussion, TMJ anomalies, torticollis, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, cerebral palsy, cancer, pregnancy, sinusitis, plantar fasciitis, MS, fibromyalgia, Erbs palsy, spinal cord injuries, carpal tunnel, muscle sprain/strain, sports injuries, and repetitive strain injuries.
Kaitlyn combines her calm and caring presence with her clinical expertise so that her clients feel lighter after leaving the massage table. “I absolutely love what I do. I am a nurturer by nature, and it brings me so much joy to make a difference in the emotional and physical well-being of my clients.”
When she isn’t helping her clients to feel better, she spends her time with her 140lb mastiff exploring the outdoors! She also enjoys attending live music events, hot yoga sessions, and spending quality time with her close friends & family.
Alicia Erz, Registered Massage Therapist
Alicia is passionate about helping others take care of their physical and mental well-being through massage therapy. After pursuing a communications career which gave her the opportunity to work with sports organizations as well as charitable organizations focused on health and wellness, Alicia decided she wanted to have a more direct impact on the health and wellness of others.
Having experienced the benefits of massage therapy, Alicia returned to school and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College.
Through assessment, treatment and home care, Alicia aims to work with each client to determine the best treatment plan to meet their needs and goals so they can continue to stay active and enjoy their day-to-day lives. Whether you are experiencing postural pain, headaches, tendinitis, strains, carpal tunnel syndrome or are in need of stress management, Alicia believes that massage therapy can play an important and effective role in enhancing your overall health and well-being.
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys losing herself in a good book, training with her run club for her next half marathon and experiencing all the outdoor goodness, food and beer that the KW region has to offer.
Alicia is excited to continue learning, growing and challenging herself every day to provide the best care possible for her clients and is thrilled to be a member of the Massage Addict Waterloo Uptown team.
