Elif Dikmen, Registered Massage Therapist
Elif, a respected member in good standing with The College of Massage Therapists in Newfoundland, embarked on her journey in the field of holistic healing when she graduated with honors from the Eastern Academy Massage therapy program in 2020. She stood out in her class for achieving the highest academic average.
Expanding her expertise beyond traditional massage therapy, Elif completed a contemporary acupuncture program designed for healthcare professionals. This specialized training enables Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) like herself to seamlessly integrate acupuncture into their massage treatments, offering clients an additional complementary modality for their well-being. Elif also graduated with honors from this contemporary program, showcasing her dedication to excellence.
Elif's approach to healing is rooted in the belief that each person is unique, with their own constitution and needs. This philosophy guides her practice, ensuring that every treatment is tailored to the individual.
In her free time, she enjoys a variety of activities, including swimming, dancing, yoga, cooking, and gardening.
Brady Notley, Registered Massage Therapist
Brady is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTNL and NLMTA. He graduated from Academy Canada in 2023 and is eager to work with clients making sure they are being treated fully and with care.
Brady offers deep-pressure massage as well as therapeutic massage that combine firm pressure with gentle stretching and relaxation techniques specific to each client’s needs.
In his spare time he enjoys working on art projects and listening to music.
Jonathan Rose, Registered Massage Therapist
Jonathan graduated from the massage therapy program at Eastern Academy in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He is from beautiful Norris Point in the heart of Gros Morne National park on the west coast of NL.
Sports have always been a big part in his life. Jonathan grew up playing sports in school including volleyball and ball hockey. He is an avid sports fan. The massage therapy program has allowed him to work with a variety of sports, and athletes. These sports include; hockey, curling, softball, and soccer. He also had the opportunity to work with the Newfoundland Growlers (ECHL), and professional curlers at the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling. Jonathan’s background in anatomy and kinesiology help when communicating with clients. Jonathan’s favorite part about massage therapy is seeing his clients progress over time; which provides him with a sense of accomplishment.
Ally Morgan, Registered Massage Therapist
Helping others live their best life has always been something Ally has been super passionate about which led to her decision to become a massage therapist. Ally graduated from the massage therapy program at Academy Canada, St. John’s campus in February 2020. Since then she has gained lots of experience treating different conditions of all ages. She is certified in both cupping and hot stone massage and likes to use a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue massage to help her clients achieve their specific goals. Whether you have a specific injury and looking for assistance on your road to recovery, dealing with aches/pains, or just looking to get away for an hour to relax she is more than happy to help!
In her spare time Ally enjoys spending time outside with her little boy and making memories with her family.
Olesya Matery, Registered Massage Therapist
Olesya graduated with honors from the Eastern Academy Massage therapy program. She is in good standing with the CMTNL and NLMTA.
Her main goal is to help clients achieve the relaxation that they deserve and alleviate as much pain/tension as possible with each treatment. She is well trained in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, which incorporate techniques such as general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, and many others. Each treatment is altered and modified to suit the needs of each client so they get the most out of their treatments. She is enthusiastic about learning new techniques and progressing her continuing education.
Olesya has always enjoyed working hands-on which influenced her decision in becoming a registered massage therapist. She enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.
Olivia Haley, Registered Massage Therapist
Olivia graduated with honours from the Academy Canada Massage Therapy Program in 2025. She is in good standing with the CMTNL and is eager to start her career with Massage Addict East.
Olivia has always had a passion for athletics, and has been playing sports since she was a young girl. After high school, Olivia found a passion for the gym, specifically in powerlifting. She was a competitive lifter for multiple years and understands the importance of rehabilitation when injury occurs. Weightlifting has given her an in-depth understanding of body mechanics and how specific exercise can aid in injury prevention.
Olivia is trained in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, but is continuing to seek opportunities to diversify her knowledge in more areas of practice. She is excited to work with a diverse clientele to help with pain relief and to prevent dysfunction.
