Zachery (Zach) Bergum, Registered Massage Therapist

Zach graduated from CDI college in November 2019 and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

Zach always wanted a career in the health care field, but wasn't sure where he belonged. He became interested in the massage therapy field and began to find his calling while in CDI college. He loves aiding people through manual massage and manipulations, and providing a holistic approach to one's own health as well as his own.

His specialty is something called Polarity therapy. (while a certificate course, its not a direct type of treatment and is something he incorporates into all of his massages). He treats the body as a whole; identifying and treating primary contributing factors that lead to the client seeking out massage therapy in the first place. He tries to promote relaxation throughout all of his treatments, but his goal is to encourage long lasting relief with effective massage, and encourages exercising and stretching as part of a clients home care.

Zach is always trying to evolve and work on improving his treatments by building a strong mind/body/emotional connection within himself. While an introvert at heart, he works at coming out of his shell. He enjoys regular exercise, listening and discovering new music, playing chess and other board games, as well as meditation.
