Tessa Prior, Massage Student
Tessa Prior is a dedicated health professional with a passion for movement, performance, and recovery. She began her career as a certified personal trainer and health coach in 2016, helping clients improve their strength, athletic performance, and overall well-being. Her years of experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic coaching gave her a deep appreciation for anatomy, biomechanics, and the importance of recovery in reaching peak performance.
Currently enrolled at the South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy, Tessa is working toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating in 2026. She has completed coursework in anatomy and physiology, pathology, orthopedic assessment, and clinical massage therapy, and she integrates this knowledge into each treatment session.
Tessa’s treatment style combines deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy with a strong emphasis on functional recovery. Drawing on her fitness background, she specializes in working with athletes and active individuals, tailoring her approach to improve mobility, reduce pain, and optimize performance.
With her unique blend of fitness and massage expertise, Tessa is committed to helping her clients move better, recover faster, and feel their best—whether they are training for competition, returning from injury, or simply seeking relief from everyday stress and tension.
