Jianne Li, R. Ac

Jianne is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. After graduating from the University of Toronto, Jianne pursued her passion for TCM and acupuncture at Humber College. Being a strong believer in a natural approach to medicine, Jianne uses acupuncture, cupping, Tuina massage, and Guasha to help improve quality of life and a wide array of conditions. Jianne is particularly interested in treating digestive, emotional and musculoskeletal conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, neck pain, muscle pain and weakness, and arthritis.

Jianne is a passionate acupuncturist and an aspiring Registered Massage Therapist with a strong focus on treating pain-related conditions such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sciatica, and both acute and chronic strains and sprains. She also has a deep interest in addressing internal health concerns, including infertility, digestive disorders, insomnia, and more. Jianne takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, aiming to restore balance, relieve discomfort, and support overall well-being.

Tracy Min Zhou, R. TCMP, R. Ac

Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience in China and a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Experienced in delivering patient-centered, evidence-informed treatments to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote functional recovery and overall well-being.

Clinical Expertise
• Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and stress-related conditions, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, muscle tension, and sports injuries
• Integration of acupuncture with manual therapies such as cupping, Tuina, hot stone therapy, lymphatic drainage, and other therapeutic modalities
• Development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs and health goals
