Mackenzie Illingworth, Stretch Coach
 
Mackenzie has a diverse athletic background that includes basketball, rugby, gymnastics, volleyball and cheerleading. She has loved sports since a young age and has learned the importance of flexibility, stretching and maintaining proper range of motion not only for athletic performance but for everyday life. She studied Kinesiology at Saint Francis Xaiver University, where she developed a strong interest in helping people improve their movement and overall quality of life. Her passion lies in helping others learn the benefits of proper stretching and how it can support both athletic goals and daily living.   
 
Josh Greene, Stretch Coach
 
Josh has been passionate about sports since he learned to walk, spending his childhood exploring every game that piqued his interest. Today, he continues to cultivate his love of sports and movement through ultimate frisbee and disc golf, staying active with regular stretching and exercise routines that support his athletic lifestyle. Through these activities, he has learned that maintaining a proper stretching routine benefits not only athletic performance but also everyday life. Josh Greene is a second-year student in the field of Health Care and has pursued his interest in kinesiology by completing numerous courses in the field, deepening his understanding of movement, exercise, and athletic performance. He finds joy in connecting with others and supporting them on their journey to regain mobility and move with confidence again.
