Valentina Ignatenko, Registered Massage Therapist
I have been practicing Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the Wellspring College of Massage Therapy (Toronto) in 2011. I was drawn to a profession in massage therapy because of my caring personality, and over the years have felt so grateful to be able to spend my days creating a positive impact on the clients I see for treatment, it’s been such a fulfilling blessing.
Some of the elements I find most beneficial during treatment are trigger point therapy, relaxation, stretching techniques and deep tissue work. My years of experience treating clients for a wide range of issues including general wear and tear of the body, repetitive strain injuries, prenatal and postpartum, and post-surgery, injury and accident, have given me the tools and knowledge to provide the highest level of care to each of my clients and provide them with the best path the achieving their health and wellness goals.
I am passionate about my own health and wellness journey and believe my greatest teachers are the clients that come into my treatment room daily. I am grateful to offer my services in this beautiful community, and whether you enjoy a massage for its therapeutic benefits - targeting chronic areas of discomfort, injury, or rehabilitation - or simply enjoy the time for relaxation and stress relief, I look forward to helping you meet those goals.

Jason Kelly, Registered Massage Therapist
Jason graduated from the International Academy of Massage in October 2015. He is proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, stretching and strengthening exercises, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, and PNF stretching among other things. He excels at treating repetitive strain injuries such as tennis and golfer's elbow and tendonitis. Jason's treatments consist of a series of questions on activities of daily living, work environment and postures to figure out movement patterns that contribute to the client's current condition. He tailors his treatments to clients' goals. It is important to understand that muscles work synergistically and so a specific muscle with a pathology will usually be treated along with other muscles that facilitate that function as well. Jason makes full use of his palpation skills to assess which muscles are being overworked or causing pain. Jason likes to show clients pictures of specific muscles so that they can visualize the attachment points that they are separating for a stretch or contracting together to strengthen; It is important to have a mind-muscle connection to consciously release tensions. People often hold tension in muscles they aren't even aware of how to contract on demand. Jason has exceptional knowledge about nutrition and likes to eat healthy, work out and be active. He likes to work with people to loosen their tense muscles to allow them to relax, bring balance back to their movements and regain metabolic function so that the client can heal and maintain range of motion. Jason would like to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine and in particular meridian theory in the future.
Kieran G., Registered Massage Therapist
As a massage therapist, Kieran prefers to take a holistic approach to his practice. He believes attempting to first identify then address root causes of physical ailments is always the best route -- not just how symptoms present themselves within the body.

Kieran has found one of the greatest joys in life through helping others. In his practice he specializes in Ashiatsu bare-footed massage, deep tissue release, pre and post-natal relief, TMJ matters, and common issues related to discomfort from postural imbalances being present.
