Stacy Meisner, Registered Massage Therapist

Stacy is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), following her 10 years of service in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Besides her training in Swedish Massage Techniques, Therapeutic Relaxation Massage and Orthopedic Assessments, she has obtained a 70 hour certificate through CCMH for Sports Therapy Techniques and a certificate in Cupping Massage Therapy that can be used within her regular treatments.

Stacy loves to focus on but is not limited to, Migraine/ Tension Headache relief, Various Motor Vehicle Injuries/Chronic Pain including Whiplash and Back Pain, Sports Related Injuries, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Piriformis Syndrome and Gastrointestinal Disorders.

Jesse Proulx, Registered Massage Therapist

Jesse graduated from the massage therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie Ontario and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s diploma in health sciences at the University of Ottawa. He became interested in massage therapy after a severe nerve lesion injury; after which he sought physiotherapy and massage therapy care. During Jesse’s time in college he had the opportunity to provide care to athletes during various sports tournaments and helping those with chronic disabilities. Jesse has a strong interest in helping those with sports injuries and providing postural and chronic care. He provides post-treatment remedial exercise with each treatment, as he strongly believes that regular physical fitness and stretching, work hand in hand with massage therapy. Jesse is an avid runner and he enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking and fishing.   
Adam Lafrance, Registered Massage Therapist

Adam has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ottawa for over 5 years. He graduated from the massage therapy program at Algonquin College in 2010. He has experience in a variety of work environments including a physiotherapy clinics, high end spas and retirement homes. He completed the cranial sacral course at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2012.

Adam enjoys his profession and looks forward to continued training and expanding his skills to meet the needs of his clients.

Lisa Lane, RMT Registered Massage Therapist

Lisa strives to help her clients achieve maximum health benefits through massage therapy. As a registered massage therapist, she understands that injury and illness prevention start with healthy habits and stress management. Lisa tailors her treatments to suit each individual client's lifestyle and needs. Lisa offers a wide range of pressure from relaxation to moderately deep tissue. She often incorporates myofascial release and trigger point therapy with relaxation massage. Combining these techniques allows the body to fully relax while still achieving effective treatment.

Lisa offers a wide range of treatment modalities including: Fascial Release Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention, Prenatal and Hot Stone Massage. Lisa is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Lambton College, Sarnia.

Ilkbay Gorkem Guduk, Registered Massage Therapist

As a former soccer player, Ilkbay found that Massage Therapy helped him maintain a high performance level. He entered the field to be able to assist people the same way. Ilkbay is trained in many modalities, but most enjoys and specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and lymphatic drainage.

Petr Jakl, Registered Massage Therapist

Petr graduated with honours from the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program in 2016. He is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

His treatments range from deep tissue therapy, myofascial therapy, remedial exercise and conditioning to sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. Most recently, he’s developed a strong interest in body complex treatment and injury prevention known as Spiral Stabilization of Spine.

For over 30 years, Petr’s been coaching athletes, predominately in endurance sports. He continues to coach local athletes today, and is an avid cross-country skier and mountain biker.

Tara Prashad, Registered Massage Therapist

Tara is a manual therapist who provides a tailored therapy. Using strong or gentle hands as she listens to your muscles needs and your response. With intelligence, compassion, and professionalism. Progressively, her skills and knowledge about the mind, body and spirit has evolved from yoga in 2002 to thai massage, general nutrition, reiki and pranic healing and registered massage therapy. Not to leave out continuous study in complimentary subjects.

She has spent years in both a rehabilitation setting and a luxury spa and has resolved hundreds of muscle tension issues like sore lower backs, stiff necks, tension headaches and much more including relaxation techniques for mental stress.

Jason Teale, Registered Massage Therapist

In the healthcare profession since 1987, first as a nursing student; then in massage therapy, and still loving the one-on-one experience of being a part of the client’s journey moving from a state of pain to a place of freedom.

During the past 34 years Jason has had thousands of hours of direct client care, including nine years teaching 3500 hours of classroom time covering pathophysiology, orthopedic assessment, ethics and communication as well as clinic supervisor mentoring 150 future massage therapists practicing in the profession today.

The massage therapy journey allowed Jason to work for a five year period from 1992 to 1997 as the personal massage therapist to 1996 Atlanta Olympics Gold Medalist Robert Esmie.Jason’s 24 years in a multidiscipline sports medicine environment alongside orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists and kinesiologists, has expanded his understanding of the complete turnaround from pain and dysfunction to flourishing in functionality.

Being exposed to all of these experiences over the past 34 years has allowed Jason to be a part of over 4000 clients’ journeys from discomfort to complete rehab from life altering injuries.

Shen "Cindy" Lin, Registered Massage Therapist

Shen “Cindy” Lin, Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. Graduated with outstanding performance at massage therapy program in Pharma Medical Science College of Canada (PMCC). Her major practice is focusing on sports injury, chronic pain management. Experienced in treating tension headache, frozen shoulder, acute lumbar sprain, muscle tightness and other soft tissue and joints disfunction. She practices combination sessions with deep tissue massage, acupressure, ear acupoint therapy, foot reflexology. Her sessions are effective for restoring clients’ overall health by promoting muscle health and balancing Yin and Yang of the body.

Christine Gomez, Registered Massage Therapist

Christine is an RMT with over 10 years experience and she has been a lifelong athlete with a keen interest in personal health and fitness. She studied kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and worked in the fitness industry before becoming an RMT. She studied massage therapy at Kine Concept Institute in Ottawa, graduating top of her class. Her approach to massage therapy treatments uses classic Swedish methods and incorporates Thai techniques from the training program at TMC Chiang Mai School. She can provide more deep tissue massage but believes strongly in the balance and use of light treatment of muscle and fascia to encourage relaxation. Christine has additional training for disorders of the jaw using TMJ treatment. She is also a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, allowing her to expand her knowledge of both remedial exercise and mind/ body connection.

Sabrina McMorran, Registered Massage Therapist

Sabrina graduated with honours from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) since October 2021 and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Sabrina found an interest in the human anatomy and how important it is for one to have a good balance between their body, mind, and soul. From a young age, Sabrina knew that she wanted to work in a career that will help those in her community, while being able to advocate for their health and well-being.

Sabrina’s goal as your Massage Therapist is to create a treatment plan that will work best for you and your lifestyle. She uses a multitude of techniques ranging from the classical Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Technique, Deep Tissue Massage, PNF stretching and many more.

Lauren Holborn, Registered Massage Therapist   

Lauren studied Massage Therapy at Everest College in Thunder Bay, Ontario. After completing her training and exams she moved to Toronto where she has worked in a number of clinic and spa settings for over 6 years. She has recently moved to the Ottawa area. 

Lauren believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach to reach the specific goals of her clients. 

She enjoys focusing in on the head and neck area to release tension from desk job fatigue, TMJ disorder and headaches. Her personal massage style is a mixture of Swedish relaxation, traction and myofascial release techniques. Having been in two car accidents herself she is skilled in the rehab techniques needed for whiplash, head and neck injuries. 

Lauren also provides hot stone massage and relaxation treatments. Lauren is thorough, soothing and effective.

Nicki "Nick" Camardi, Registered Massage Therapist   

Nicki is a Registered Massage Therapist. He completed his program in May 2017 at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. He is truly fascinated by the human body and optimizing its capabilities. Nicki’s end goal is to empower people to increase their health, wealth, and happiness. He hopes to help facilitate people’s journey of health and wellness.

His approach to massage will be based on the client’s desired outcome. This outcome based massage will be accomplished by incorporating evidence based practices, clinical decision making, and building a therapeutic relationship. He uses various techniques such as petrissage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretching, fascial techniques, muscle activation, and range of motion techniques alongside critical thinking to accomplish these desired outcomes. 
Optimal wellness is the balance of mind, body, and spirit; his treatment will be based on improving these aspects to create harmony throughout the body. 

Nicki’s interests include biohacking which is the act of manipulating the internal or external environment to create the biological desired outcome. Nicki also enjoys Brazilian Jujitsu, weight lifting, listening to podcasts, reading books, creating music, being out in nature, and exploring novel ideas.

Andrew "Kevin" Guerette, Registered Massage Therapist   

Andrew “Kevin” is a compassionate RMT with training in a variety of techniques and modalities from Algonquin College. An excellent communicator, excelling at building positive rapport with clients while managing their health needs and delivering the best possible therapy experience. Everyone deserves to be pain free in their body. Kevin would be happy to help you get there. 

When he's not busy massaging, he works in commercial real estate and runs an e-commerce business for meditation supplies.
