Shawn Graves, Registered Massage Therapist

Shawn successfully completed the massage therapy program at Medix in 2011. He truly enjoys working one on one with people, and has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of people, getting to know their individual needs and treating them accordingly. Shawn believes that massage therapy is a very effective way to treat a number of physical ailments as well as promote health and wellbeing through relaxation and stress relief.

Shawn's ability to adapt his skills allows him to provide the most suitable treatment for each individual client. He believes in educating clients about body awareness and injury prevention through stretching, strengthening and postural awareness.

Shawn's training is primarily in Swedish massage, but he also has experience and training in Reflexology of the foot, Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Ultrasound, and clinical acupuncture. He has treated people suffering from concerns ranging from sports injuries, scar tissue, neuropathies, scoliosis, repetitive strain injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome . He enjoys working with a diverse clientele ranging from infants to seniors and making people feel better one day at a time.

Brice Parker, Registered Massage Therapist 

Brice is a 2020 graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College . He has obtained many different experiences from treating a variety of clients, including athletes, prenatal clients, as well as those with chronic pain and general injuries. Due to being an athlete himself, Brice is passionate about helping his clients reach their full potential in their fitness activities. He enjoys helping his clients to relax, decrease stress and anxiety, as well as maintaining a functionally healthy lifestyle. A few of Brice’s strengths with massage treatments involve deep tissue massage, trigger points and stretching. No matter the client’s goal, Brice is determined to help them reach it.

Mitchell McNaughton, Registered Massage Therapist

Mitchell decided to pursue massage therapy after seeing the benefits of massage throughout his own recovery from a childhood car accident. He graduated from Algonquin College for Massage Therapy in 2016, where he took great interest in community outreach programs, including massage therapy for people with developmental disabilities, patients with chronic pain and sports therapy massage. He has continued to enjoy treating a very diverse clientele with a broad variety of treatment needs and desired clinical outcomes. Mitch practiced at Massage Addict Kitchener for four years, but wanted to begin working closer to home following the birth of his daughter.

He incorporates a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, and joint mobilization into his practice of relaxation and therapeutic massage. Mitch also has extensive experience supporting clients in their treatment of both chronic and acute conditions, such as headaches, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and trigger points. Overall, Mitchell combines empathetic listening and clinical assessments to create treatment plans alongside his patients, in order to help them reach their wellness goals.

Amanda Legault, Registered Massage Therapist

Amanda graduated from the D’Arcy Lane massage therapy program in 2009. With over a decade of experience as an RMT, a college instructor for Human Anatomy, and a student massage clinic supervisor, she has been able to continually improve her ability to help clients with injury assessment & rehabilitation, as well as managing chronic pain conditions and stress. She has made continuing education a priority, keeping up to date on pain science research, with workshops by pain specialists like the Noigroup (Neuro Orthopaedic Institute), and more recently with respiratory physiotherapists, learning ways to help people who are recovering from the challenges of Long COVID. She likes to give back to the community by doing volunteer massage therapy at St. Joseph’s Hospice of London, which has shown her the essential role that compassion and individualized care has to play in her work.

She splits her time between London and remote Northern Ontario, enjoying an active life in both the Forest City and a forest away from the city.

Susan Deng, Registered Massage Therapist

Susan Deng is an experienced RMT, very interested in natural healing. She is a graduate of the Pharma Medical Science College of Canada. She likes to take care of people and believes that a hand's touch holds the most powerful form of healing for the human body. This belief led her to pursue trainings in different types of massage therapy, as well as reflexology, acupuncture, integrated myofascial release and muscle energy technique, hot stone and cupping treatment.

Susan has passion to help clients to reach their healthy needs and can perform treatments in various way to make clients feeling better.

Keaton Huron, Registered Massage Therapist   

Keaton graduated in 2021 from the Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College.  Through school Keaton has gained an immense knowledge in Swedish massage, rehabilitation exercises, and fascia manipulations. He strive to provide a safe and stress-free treatment space for client’s relaxation and healing needs. Keaton is dedicated to finding the root cause of his clients pain or discomfort and uses effective techniques to return them to a pain free healthy state. 

Being an active sportsman and an athlete himself, Keaton has experienced first hand  how injuries affect the body,  giving him a great understanding of how  to help people recover from various injuries.

Michelle Maguire, Registered Massage Therapist    

Moving from British Columbia for Fanshawe's Massage Therapy Programme, Michelle has now found a new home in the City of London. She provides personalised therapeutic treatments using a range of techniques including fascial work, Swedish massage and trigger point therapy.  A life long learner, Michelle has recently completed an additional course in fascial assessment and skill refinement.She looks forward to providing a client centred treatment working towards goals aimed at symptomatic relief of chronic pain, alleviating muscle tension, aiding an injury or simply providing a safe place to relax to help decrease stress and anxiety. Michelle believes in empowering her clients by helping them manage their symptoms between appointments wither suggestions of self massage, homeware exercises and hydrotherapy.

Jared Maguire, Registered Massage Therapist    

Jared graduated with high sons in Massage Therapy for Fanshawe College where he now assists within the program.His knowledge of injury prevention and rehab emanate from an obsessive passion for all things movement related. Jared's specialised treatment plans make use of various techniques including fascial release, joint mobilisation, Swedish massage and trigger point therapy.Jared hopes With his extensive knowledge of anatomy and a personable approach Jared hopes to be able to help improve how you physically interact with the world around you.
