Tim Pascual, Registered Massage Therapist
Tim Graduated from Oxford Massage Therapy Program.
He's been involved in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Lifestyle Coach for the past 15 years. He's worked with sedentary individuals up to elite level athletes.
He specializes in Sports Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
Tim is very passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle through exercise and self-care. A few of his hobbies are strength training, reading personal development books and developing his knowledge to help clients reach their goals.
Jake Hernandez, Registered Massage Therapist
Jake is a passionate and dedicated massage therapist with a strong educational background in health and wellness. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University, he furthered his expertise by graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Driven by a deep desire to enhance people's overall well-being, Jake focuses on tailoring treatments to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether it is addressing chronic ailments, sports-related injuries, or just decreasing stress and improving general relaxation, Jake has a commitment to supporting a diverse range of populations. “I aim to use my skills to promote healing and improve quality of life through the power of massage therapy”.
Jennifer McCann, Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer graduated from trillium College in 2008 and has been a registered massage therapist for 17 years. She realizes it was an RMT that helped her recover properly as an athlete and realized that this profession was something that she’s interested in. Her focus is Sports injury and pre/post injury related treatments.
Jennifer specializes in hot stone, pre-natal, and cupping treatments.
Outside of her work she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
Lisa Harewood, Registered Massage Therapist
Lisa Harewood has over 10 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry. She loves to help people achieve physical and mental wellness through the vehicle of massage therapy. Seeing improvement in her client’s well-being brings Lisa great joy! Lisa has worked with variety of clients with conditions. She performs moderate to deep pressure.
In her massage treatments. Her target market are athletes and people that work out. However, she caters to all individuals people with acute and chronic injuries such as sports and gym related injuries and recoveries, back neck, pain, arthritis, pain, fractures, sciatic, and tendinitis. Lisa often takes courses to learn different modalities to help make the massage treatments more effective. modalities she has under her belt to name a few are cupping shockwave, joint mobilization, athletic taping and TMJ treatments.
Yvonne Brooks, Registered Massage Therapist
Yvonne comes from a long background the healing world that started with Reflexology-which she still practices. Quickly to follow was becoming a Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner.
Her most recent venture was becoming a Registered Massage Therapist which she has been practicing in now for 2 years. She is excited to share her passion and expertise with others. She believes in the body’s own natural ability to heal itself as well as proactive health care.
In addition to assessing and treating your soft tissues and joints to relieve pain and improve function, Yvonne will also provide education for home exercises and develop a treatment plan to best suit your needs.
Sam Zubair, Registered Massage Therapist
A deep passion for helping people heal, relax, and regain their physical well-being. With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry as a boxing coach, personal trainer, and physiotherapy assistant bringing a unique perspective to my massage therapy practice.
Sam has built a career through hard work, compassion, strong clinical skills but also a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds and unique needs of every client. Fluent in English, Farsi, Dari, Urdu, Pashto. Sam connects with people from diverse backgrounds and always strive to create a safe, professional, and respectful environment. His goal is to make a positive impact on every client’s health and to support their journey toward a better quality of life.
Sarah Askew, Registered Massage Therapist
Sarah knew from an early age that she wanted a career in the medical field. This was achieved with career choices as a PSW, Certified Trauma Therapist, Life Coach, Personal Trainer and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). With over 25 years of client focused care and education, Sarah brings all of that knowledge to effectively assist and heal her clients mind, body and soul. Combining years of education as well as real life experience, Sarah brings reassurance to her clients that they are in excellent hands.
Sarah became an RMT in 2012 after graduating from Westervelt College in London, Ontario. She focused her practice on chronic and acute clinical care in clinics and hospital settings. In 2016, she travelled to Vietnam where she worked with Buddhist monks on various massage techniques and healing meditation. From there she ventured to the Yucatan Jungles to manage an off grid village, where she had the opportunity to study ancient Aztec healing methods.
As a seasoned therapist, Sarah combines all modalities, with her clinical education to give her patients the optimum healing experience possible. She is trained in deep tissue and facial release to treat chronic conditions. She is down to earth, nurturing and compassionate while keeping it real and honest. Sarah brings years of medical knowledge and management experience. She is currently working towards being certified as a Matrix Repatterner, with a goal to change how pain is dealt with in health care. She is passionate in everything she does and is inclusive to each individual seeking support in being their healthiest version.
