With a health care background and as a Stretch Coach, I’m dedicated to helping clients restore mobility, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and enhance overall body performance through guided stretching.

I use techniques such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to help clients safely and effectively improve flexibility and range of motion. Each session is designed to support better movement, recovery, and body awareness.
