Our Student Massage Therapists

Roberta Dias, Massage Student   

Roberta is currently a senior massage therapy student at Makami College, completing her final practicum.  She is an associate member with CRMTA. Roberta has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Brazil.  She soon realized that her passion was massage therapy, and pursued further education to achieve her goal of being a massage therapist.  Roberta worked as a massage therapist in Brazil for several years before moving to Canada.  She is presently attending Makami College to meet the requirements to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada so she can return to doing what she loves to do.  

Roberta is trained in relaxation massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, pre-natal, and hot stone massage.  

In her free time, Roberta enjoys spending time with her family.  She likes to watch movies and TV shows.  She is also always striving to improve her skills and knowledge.

Loretta Tse, Massage Student   

Loretta is presently a second year student at Makami College, and has completed 1250 hours of massage therapy training.  She anticipates graduating with her 3000 hour Massage Therapy Diploma in October 2024.  She is presently an Associate Member of CRMTA.  

Loretta became a massage therapist because of her genuine love for massage, and her deep desire to help others. She states that every time she received a massage, the benefits she felt inspired her to pursue a path where she could use touch to contribute to other people’s well-being.  Loretta is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and prenatal massage.  She also incorporates tension and trigger point release in her treatments.

In her spare time, Loretta loves spending time with her family, listening to podcasts, hiking and biking.
