Nichola Baburam, Registered Massage Therapist
Nichola graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Trillium College with honours to fulfill her desire to help others both through treatment and remedial home care. Nichola is also qualified to provide Indie Head Massage.
Katelyn Cameron, Registered Massage Therapist
Katelyn is a graduate of Sir Sanford Fleming’s massage therapy program. She has worked in a spa setting and also enjoys providing deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and everything in between. She has additional training in prenatal massage and is also qualified to provide Indie Head Massage. She has taken courses in reflexology and also provides Massage with Cupping. Katelyn customizes every treatment to help achieve the desired outcomes for her clients.
Stacey Cleary, Registered Massage Therapist
Stacey is a graduate of Trillium College's massage therapy program and began practicing at the beginning of 2013. She always strives to the meet the individual needs of her clients, providing a customized treatment every time. Stacey enjoys and is skilled in providing deep tissue massage. She is qualified to provide Bamboo Massage, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Yakesan Jeyalingam, Registered Massage Therapist
Yakesan graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2016 and also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He is skilled in various types of massages including Swedish Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage. Yakesan also volunteered at Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, CN Tower Climb, and The Baby Show. Yakesan uses a wide variety of techniques from Swedish massage to deep tissue to provide the best treatment appropriate for his patients. Yakesan also is qualified to provide Bamboo Massage, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Anne Mallabon, Registered Massage Therapist
Anne graduated from Trillium College in 2011 and has experience working in chiropractic and spa settings. Anne is skilled in treating neck/shoulder/upper back pain and tension, chronic headaches, sports injuries, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, golfer’s and tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome. She also enjoys providing stress-reducing, relaxation treatments. Anne focuses on helping her clients achieve their treatment goals. Anne is also qualified to provide massage with reflexology techniques, Bamboo Massage, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Katie McCarty, Registered Massage Therapist
Kaite graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College’s massage therapy program in 2010. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and worked alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists to help achieve her client’s goals. She enjoys working with athletes and sports injuries, but is also skilled in relaxation and prenatal massage and treats every client based on their individual needs. Katie can also provide Bamboo Massage, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Amanda Mohr, Registered Massage Therapist
Amanda graduated with Honours from Trillium College in March 2016. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Before Amanda pursued her dream of Massage Therapy she was a Personal Support Worker with 8 years experience in health care. Amanda is trained in Swedish Massage, hydrotherapy, trigger point relief therapy, lymphatic drainage techniques, joint mobilization, and more. Whether you are coming in for relaxation massage or for a specific treatment of an injury or condition, Amanda strives to provide each client with the best client care and treatment they require. Amanda can also provide Bamboo Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Steven Reed, Registered Massage Therapist
Steven graduated, with honours, from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. He is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, fascial techniques, rhythmic joint mobilizations and joint play. During his time at Fleming, Steven experienced 1200 hours of direct hands on learning and practiced on the public. Steven is able to incorporate a variety of techniques and alterations in order to individualize each massage based on the client’s needs. He is experienced in treating all ages and many conditions, including but not limited to mental disorders, end of life care, anxiety, and many other muscular conditions. Steven believes that even though patterns may form in the body, each and every massage should be different in order to treat the cause, instead of just treating the symptoms. Steven is also qualified to provide Hot Stone Massage, Bamboo Massage, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping.
Jian Xu, Registered Massage Therapist
Jian Xu graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto in February 2012. He uses traditional techniques to provide relaxation massage, deep-tissue massage and therapeutic massage. Jian is certified in hot stone massage and is also qualified to provide massage with reflexology techniques, Indie Head Massage and Massage with Cupping. Jian is fluent in Mandarin.
Andrea Baranchuk, Registered Massage Therapist
Andrea graduated from Trillium College’s massage therapy program in 2014. Her treatments are focused to each client’s individual needs and treatment goals whether it is to reduce stress and tension, relieve pain or maintain tissue and joint health. She is experienced in Swedish massage, relaxation massage as well as trigger point therapy and joint mobilization to help reduce pain and increase range of motion. Andrea also enjoys providing clients with stress-relieving head, neck and foot massage and provides homecare options to support the benefits of treatment.
Christine Waddell, Registered Massage Therapist
2021 marks 20 years of massage therapy for Christine and she's certainly learned a few tricks of the trade along the way. Christine believes that knowing many different styles and approaches of massage therapy and massage techniques allows her to customize treatments and gives her the ability to adapt to individual needs. Christine can be a little ‘old school’ in her ways, and works to incorporate a bit of relaxation into every therapy session. This is because she has learned that we all heal better and faster when we’re relaxed.
Shelby Hamilton, Registered Massage Therapist
Shelby has recently become an active member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Shelby graduated from Durham College, on the president’s honor roll in April 2021. Prior to becoming an RMT Shelby worked in the field of Social Welfare and has always held a passion for helping others.
Throughout her time in the Massage Therapy program at Durham College, she applied her passion for helping people in pain and discomfort by applying specific massage techniques supported by her knowledge and understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Shelby’s client centered approach involves actively listening to her clients and working with them to accomplish their goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing all that it means to be a mom.
Alexander Soutar, Registered Massage Therapist
Alexander graduated in April 2021 from the Massage Therapy Program at Durham College and graduated on the College President's Honour Roll. He has a passion for helping people and loves to meet new faces. His passion for helping is combined with knowledge of human anatomy and body systems allowing him to deliver a safe and effective treatment for his patients.
