Victoria Hall, Registered Massage Therapist
 
Victoria graduated with honors from Bryan College of Applied Health and Business Sciences in 2015. Here she gained the knowledge to treat and assess issues that can arise in the body relating to soft tissues and joints. Victoria has the knowledge and skills to treat all age groups and numerous conditions using, but not limited to, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy and hydrotherapy. Victoria enjoys providing the calming and beneficial treatment of stress and relaxation therapy to her clients to help reduce pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness.

Rani Benedict, Registered Massage Therapist    

Rani Benedict graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. Prior to this she worked in a corporate division of a multinational company in Bangalore, India. After spending years devoted to a different field she decided it was time for a change.  She decided on Massage Therapy because it combined her two interest areas – therapeutic practice to improve the human body and a service mind towards society. As a 'Trustee' at 'KiliKili' where they work with special needs children, her passion for human movement and function and her drive for social awareness of physical disabilities makes her the perfect candidate for the art of massage therapy. Everyday, Rani pushes the boundaries of how Massage therapy can impact physical, cognitive, and behavioral conditions in the human body and earn its place in traditional medical practices.

Nick Chetvertkov, Registered Massage Therapist

Nick graduated from Wellsprings college in 2009. He has over 10+ years of experience in performing professional massage therapy in Canada. Nick applies his deep knowledge in healthcare to determine the root cause and find the most effective treatment for any health condition. He uses combination of proven massage therapy techniques from swedish massage, shiatsu, thai, as well as hot and cold stone massage. He is an expert at treating neck & shoulder stiffness, associated with long lasting computer work, low back pains, wrist pain and tingling, young mothers shoulder and wrist pain, knee pain and many other tensions and pain points you might be experiencing. Adele Rothman, Registered Massage Therapist

Adele is passionate about helping people on their healing journey. Having lived with migraines and muscular skeletal issues from an early age, Adele found relief with massage therapy and felt drawn to the profession so that she might share the benefits. Adele graduated from Sutherland-Chan school and Teaching clinic in 2008 and has a BSc in Biology from Trent University. With a focus on therapeutic massage and holistic approach to heath and wellness, Adele specializes in but is not limited to deep tissue, myofascial release and Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA). Adele believes in healing from within to properly maintain a healthy, functional body.

Andrew De Sousa, Registered Massage Therapist

After completing his degree in Kinesiology at York University, Andrew quickly enrolled into the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, receiving his Diploma in 2017. Throughout his stay at Sutherland-Chan, he specified in courses such as Sport Massage, Rhythmic technique, and Fascial Release. Adding to his continuing education, Andrew is certified in Kinesio Taping (K-taping), as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine foundations of acupressure and meridian massage. The last 3 years, Andrew spent living in Banff Alberta, working at a sport and wellness clinic, while enjoying outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, camping, kayaking and mountain-biking.

Andrew has developed a way of treating patients based on visual analysis of body mechanics, as well as soft tissue assessments, with respect to the interdependence of tissues throughout the body. Treatments are based on relieving pain, but also addressing the underlying cause with whatever home-care/exercises he sees fit. Andrew's goal is to instil a sense of understanding of how the body is a reflection of one’s habits, with differing external (physical environment) and internal (mental/emotional) influences.

Therapy techniques include: general Swedish, sport/therapeutic, myofascial, deep tissue, muscle activation, trigger-point, silicon cupping, K-Taping TMJ treatments, acupressure, rhythmic, breath work and active/passive release techniques.

Yeung Lam, Registered Massage Therapist

Yeung graduated from Wellsprings College in 2014 and has been practicing since. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. During his tenure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Yeung has worked with a multitude of diverse clients. He specializes in, but not limited to, relaxation, improving circulation, pain relief, and treatment of chronic joint pain via deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He values creating a comfortable environment for his clients. Yeung looks forward to developing a customized treatment plan while helping you with your massage therapy needs.

Lily Mei Sui, Registered Massage Therapist

Li Mei Sui is Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with CMTO. She graduated with honors from Protege School. Li Mei has a passion for treating clients of all ages and focus on both, therapeutic and prevention components of massage therapy; She specializes in Swedish massage and Chinese Tuina massage to treat pain conditions, such as headache, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and sport injuries. Li Me is also excels at Meridian Energy Massage. Li Mei believes in the body's ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process.

Li Mei combines Eastern and Western massage techniques, such as trigger point release technique, stretching, acupressure points, moving energy through the meridians to increase the vital qi to improve clients’ heath. Li Mei looks forward to meeting with you and developing customized treatment to treat your condition.

Peter Yom, Registered Massage Therapist   

Peter (changho) Yom graduated from the Sahmyook University in South Korea with an Honors with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. He has been busy completing post-graduate courses within the orthopaedic division of the Korea Physiotherapy Association for 2 years and he got certification of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, PNF(level 3a/b) and Bobath technique. Peter(changho) Yom practiced for 6 years at University Hospital as Manual Physiotherapist in South Korea. He has experience working with many types of patients, including patients who have neurologic conditions such as CVA, SCI, MS, Parkinson’s disease and Post-Surgical Conditions and any number of Musculoskeletal injuries.

Peter (changho) graduated with a Advance Diploma of Massage Therapy from Centennial College in Toronto and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He provides rehabilitative, preventative, relaxing and comfort massage therapy to those who are experiencing pain and dysfunction due to injury, surgical and other medical treatments for long-term illnesses.

Lindsay Tietz, Registered Massage Therapist    

Lindsay is a registered massage therapist, and a graduate of the renowned Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy. She takes a personal approach to treatment, making each session suited just for that client. Her detail-orientated technique ensures a meticulous intake and review of client’s health history and conduction of an assessment. Clients can expect to receive an excellent treatment plan consistent with their short and/or long-term goals.

Miki Dawit, Registered Massage Therapist   

Miki is a graduate from Royal Canadian College. He also has a degree in Kinesiology and Recreation from the University of Winnipeg and a background in personal training and fitness. Miki likes to help clients to achieve peace and physical contentment through effective massage techniques such as relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, and deep tissue.

Miki likes to work together with his patients to create an effective treatment plan so his clients can feel healthier and happier in a supportive environment.

Kia Kouvardas, Registered Massage Therapist    

Kia graduated with honours from Bryan College in 2021, her specialty is neck work , repetitive strain and relaxation massage that helps the body and soul heal.  Her technique is focused on general wellness and customizes her treatments to each of her client’s needs as well as education on the importance of exercise.  Kia has received her certification in cupping therapy and is fluent in Spanish. She looks forward to treating you.

Krystal Zucchiatti, Registered Massage Therapist    

Graduating from Mohawk College in the fall of 2017, I finished my provincial registration and started working as an RMT in early 2018. Along with the basics of General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymph Drainage, and TMJ I learned in school, I have also taken specific classes for Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Massage, and Graston, which I enjoy incorporating into my massages. I am fluent in both English and French, and learning many other languages, with a current focus on Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean. I look forward to meeting you and working together with you towards your optimal health.

Yuan XU (Ryan), Registered Massage Therapist   

Yuan XU, R.Ac, RMT, is a licensed acupuncturist and a specialist in the treatment of pain and injury.  He uses acupuncture, therapeutic massage and Tui-Na manual therapy to safely and effectively get his patients out of pain and back to health.

Yuan is  certified both under the Board of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Massage Therapist Ontario. He can combine the theory and technique from the two expertise getting a optimized treatment plan. Yuan has lived in China and studied Chinese medicine extensively and continue in getting trained in Canada to earn his professional titles. He has apprenticed under masters of Body energy in the United States and China, including renowned TCM author Dr. Hammer and Xilin ZHU. He is also investing years and years to inherit a classic Manual Therapy Technique named "One Finger Meditation", and practising it very well in clinical case.

Yuan also strongly believes in integrative medicine and works closely with a select group of Multi Displinary, Chiropractors, Physiotheapist, Osteopathy and other specialist to comprehensively treat and eliminate pain and dysfunction after injury. As the witness of maraculious effect that TCM acupuncture can achieve in internal medicine, such as insomnia, depression, OCD, constipation, IBS, menstrual pain, acne, etc..He keep exploring the great effects in this area, and achieve lots of successful cases so far.
