Getting a hand or foot Reflexology treatment at Massage Addict Spruce Grove feels amazing. Reflexology feels like a massage for your feet or hands, but it is actually a non-invasive age-old treatment. Unlike Massage, which is the manipulation of soft tissue occurring over the whole body, Reflexology focusses on pressure points.

At Massage Addict Spruce Grove we like to describe it by asking you to imagine your body is a road map where every path is connected. Your hands and feet are full of pressure points, each connected to a specific body part. Reflexology treatments focuses on those vital connections. Not only does a Reflexology treatment feel great, but there are significant therapeutic benefits including relaxation and tension relief, helping the body to normalize itself naturally, and promoting general health and well-being.

With a clean, comfortable, and safe clinic environment, Massage Addict Spruce Grove is the best place to receive your Reflexology treatment.  Book your appointment today!
