Stephanie Stack, Registered Massage Therapist

I graduated from Kikkawa College in 2012 and began my career working with a small clinic in North York. In 2014 I moved Canada’s beautiful capital city and joined another small clinic prior to joining the Massage Addict team in 2016. I believe that the combination of continuing education, experience and my personal and professional skills have given me the capacity to tailor each treatment to a patient’s specific wellness goals.  My greatest passions are using massage to help reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression as well as working with people suffering from chronic pain to manage their condition.

Kieran Galbraith, Registered Massage Therapist

As a massage therapist, Kieran prefers to take a more holistic approach to his practice.  He believes attempting to first identify, then address the root cause of physical ailments is always best and not just how each symptom presents itself within the body.

Through his earlier childhood interests exploring movement, such as gymnastics and breakdancing, an eagerness to help others maintain their own flexibility and muscle health developed.  Overall, this led him to choose massage therapy as his profession.

Kieran has always found one of his greatest joys is helping others.  In his practice, he specializes in deep tissue massage, pre and post-natal, myo-fascial release, the treatment of TMJ and common issues related to discomfort experienced from improper posture.

Services provided in both English and French.
