Kai Hong Lau, Registered Massage Therapist

Kai graduated from Wellsprings College in Richmond Hill in 2010 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Kai is a professional, pleasant RMT who has experience working with a variety of conditions and enjoys treating clients who have sustained injuries and are seeking soft tissue rehabilitation. He designs treatment plans specific to the condition(s) of his clients which are based on their individual need. He is also proficient in three languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Aleksei Sandu, Registered Massage Therapist

Alex graduated from Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy and Esthetics and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (C.M.T.O). He is proficient in deep tissue, sports injury treatment, myofascial release, swedish and treating every day aches and pains from headaches to overall muscular tension.

In the past, he has worked alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, medical doctors at multidisciplinary, private, and hospital settings as an active care specialist and massage therapist in various rehabilitative and research capacities.

Karen Perry, Registered Massage Therapist

Karen graduated in 2001 with a Diploma of Massage Therapy from Centennial College in Toronto.  Her cheerful, caring and conscientious manner has allowed her to develop strong therapeutic relationships when caring for patients from birth to 100 years of age. She provides rehabilitative, preventative, relaxing and comfort massage therapy to those who are experiencing pain and dysfunction due to injury, surgical and other medical treatments for long-term illnesses, depression, stress, migraines, facial and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD.) She is competent in traditional Swedish massage techniques where she applies very light strokes to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy based on the patient’s individual needs, assessment and health status. Karen has had additional training in massage therapy for people experiencing short- and long-term side effects from cancer and its treatments, massage of the palliative patient, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD) and modalities such as Craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and Reiki.

Youqin (Yuki) Yu, Registered Massage Therapist

Yuki graduated at Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario. She specializes in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger points therapy, Myofascial release techniques and relaxation massage. Her skills range from therapeutic treatment, relaxing and soothing while combining many different techniques to treat stress, fatigue, soft tissue discomfort, chronic and acute pain. Her goal is to support individuals in achieving balance through personal wellness and strongly believes that massage is a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

Philip Lau, Registered Massage Therapist

Philip graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2009. Since that time he has worked in both clinical and private gym studio environments. During his career he has worked with highly regarded practitioners and has treated some of the top athletes in Canada.

Before becoming a Registered massage therapist. Philip was a professional dancer with The National Ballet of Canada for more than 14 years. This increased his awareness of how the body functions and recovers. He strongly believes in improving muscle and joint mobility, as the foundation for optimal body movement. Philip is able to improve a client’s movement and posture through massage therapy treatments and exercise which are an important step towards a full recovery from pain or injury.

Philip offers many type of massage therapy including deep tissue therapy for pain reduction and improving function, as well as full-body therapeutic relaxation treatments for stress relief and overall wellness.

Angela Aurora, Registered Massage Therapist

Angela graduated as a Behavioral Therapist a number of years ago and has continued to follow her passion for helping people over the years. Angela became a RMT in 2003. She has an extensive knowledge of health care and understanding of how the body and mind work together. Angela emphasizes the use of Swedish massage. She has continued to expand her skills and various technics over the years. Her skill sets and training include cupping, hot stone, Sports injury, Prenatal, Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) major and minor injuries. Plus many more. She looks forward to working with you to assist you with your therapeutic needs.

Puneet Athwal, Registered Massage Therapist

Puneet is a recent honors graduate of Bryan College as of 2021. She is passionate and dedicated towards the mental, physical, and emotional well being of all her clients and constantly striving for a better quality of life for each person she interacts with.

Throughout her journey, Puneet has continued to follow her passion for helping people with her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and was able to achieve exceptional social skills and experience dealing with individuals who are neuro divergent and many other various health conditions and disorders.

Puneet specializes in Deep Tissue Work, Swedish Massage Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Relaxation Therapy which all help to effectively target areas of pain and discomfort. Her primary focus is to help client's not only walk out feeling more relaxed, but also addressing concerns about overall health and balance. Using her techniques, Puneet is able to combat issues such as acute/chronic pain, stress/anxiety, joint problems, sprains/strains, muscle fatigue, postural conditions, infant massage and much more. Puneet is very committed to bringing a positive energy and attitude each day to not only her clients but everyone she surrounds herself with as well.

Joey Smith, Registered Massage Therapist   

With over 16 years of hands-on experience, Joey has work experience in hospitals, clinics and in-home therapy.  He graduated in 2006 with a diploma in Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program.  He then furthered his studies in health with a bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2012.  Most recently he earned a diploma for Massage Therapy in 2021.

His experience in various therapeutic environments have given him a well-rounded approach to working with wide ranging clientele.  His background in physiotherapy has influenced his treatment focus.  His therapeutic approach consists of educating the client on their condition, to help alleviate pain and following up with deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, traditional or PNF stretch and corrective strengthening exercises.  Athletes, elderly, teenagers and children are all welcome!

In his spare time he enjoys resistance training and sprinting for optimal health but also insight on how he can further understand the body and help his clients.

Keith Cooper, Registered Massage Therapist   

Keith is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. As a lifelong athlete, Keith knows what it's like first hand when injuries slow you down and the frustration that comes with them.

If you've had a recent injury or you are experiencing chronic pain/discomfort, his goal is to help speed up your recovery time and get you back to your daily activities pain-free as fast as possible. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of Massage Therapy and will use assessments as a tool to determine the root cause of your pain/discomfort. Once a treatment plan has been established he will use a variety of techniques - he practices Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports Massage to name a few.

Whether you're an injured athlete, just want to get from A to B pain-free, or simply want to relax and reduce the stress of day-to-day living, he will do his best to improve the quality of your life. During your treatment, it's all about you!

Outside of Massage Therapy, Keith enjoys an active lifestyle playing golf, tennis, and squash regularly.

Lukas Willaert, Registered Massage Therapist   

Lukas is a recent RMT graduate from Bryan College, a top school in the field of Massage therapy. He is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). During his time at school he learned a variety of techniques and skills. He is proficient with Deep tissue treatment, Swedish, Relaxation massage, Trigger point therapy and more. Lukas comes from a sport/athletic background, so his understanding of athletic injuries helps him build treatments around them.

Lukas is a very outgoing and energetic individual who is always looking to lend a helping hand in your healthcare routine. His approach will use a wide range of modalities and techniques to help you achieve your treatment goals. Lukas aims to ensure all his clients leave treatment feeling relaxed, comfortable and free of any tension! Hong (Evelyn) Zhao, Registered Massage Therapist   

Evelyn is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a solid foundation from Pharma-Medical Science College, graduating in 2021, I specialize in the art of healing touch. I tailor my practice to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on holistic well-being. With expertise in various massage techniques, including hot stone, cupping, and specialized treatments for feet, sciatic pain, TMJ, as well as sensitivity to clients undergoing cancer treatment or palliative care, I address a wide range of concerns.

My approach combines technical proficiency with a compassionate touch, creating a therapeutic experience that promotes relaxation and alleviates discomfort. I am dedicated to ongoing learning, staying abreast of the latest developments in massage therapy to ensure the highest quality of care. My commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment allows clients to embark on a journey of wellness.
