Dennis J Thomas, Registered Massage Therapist

Dennis has been in practice for 13 years. He recently completed a course at the university of Minnesota for treatment f chronic pain and fibromyalgia.

His Treatment focus is on deep tissue massage, headaches , chronic pain, and Sports injuries/massage. His interest in sports injuries/massage led him to complete a 3 year Full time diploma in sports injury care.
 
He uses a combination of deep tissue techniques, trigger points, myo-fascial release, soft tissue release and traditional Swedish style. which helps maximize the effectiveness of his treatments for his clients, whether it be in the office, or sports arenas.

Amina Wong, Registered Massage Therapist    

Amina is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Acupuncturist. She brings over 8 years of knowledge and experience. Amina specializes in performing theraputic deep tissue massage, relaxation, and Lymphatic Drainage technique. She specializes in treating post injury, post surgery cases and headaches & Migraines.

Elizabeth (Lisa) Hyginus, Registered Massage Therapist

Lisa graduated from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000 and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario since then. Over the years, she has had various working experience: from working aboard a cruise ship to working in a multi-disciplinary clinic with other health care professionals. She is also a Registered Nurse and is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, since 2007.

Lisa specializes in treatment-focused massage. She uses a variety of techniques throughout the massage, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilization. While tailoring each massage session to the person’s needs, she hopes to help each person reach their optimal physical health.

Nebojsa (Neb) Vidanovic, Registered Massage Therapist

Nebojsa Graduated in 2012 from The Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies Inc. Nebojsa has a strong background in Physiotherapy from Serbia/Yugoslavia. Neb is dedicated in providing quality therapeutic massages while educating his clients on self-care and maintenance. Nebojsa has a strong knowledge of cupping, massage, myo-fascial release, osteopath/positional release, stretches, strengthening and range of motion exercises. Nebojsa performs therapeutic massages on clients with musculoskeletal issues such as back and neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, sprains, strains, headaches, sports injuries, ITB, tight fascia and stress related conditions.

Peena Patel, Registered Massage Therapist   

I am a professional massage therapist in Canada and also hold a bachelor degree of Physiotherapy in 2015 from India who continually strives to help people. I have in corporate my in-depth knowledge and skill of physiotherapy in my massage therapy practice. My focus of treatment is on Swedish, Deep tissue & Trigger point techniques, which assist in addressing a variety of health concerns. I have a strong knowledge base in muscle actions and their problems and how to correct them. 

I have experience in treating variety of aliments, overuse injuries, headaches, Myofacial pain, lymphatic drainage as well as general relaxation treatments. I can deliver a very effective home care programme to your pain perception.

Jie (Jennifer) Zong, Registered Massage Therapist   

Jie Zong, an experienced RMT, a technique-matured, hardworking, fast learner, able to work well and attentive to client and colleagues alike. She can provide: full body relaxation massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, pragnantal massage and feet Reflexology, with therapeutic style, or deep tissue style or Chinese "tuina" style or Swedish gentle style depend on the different needs from different patients.

Kyle Perks, Registered Massage Therapist   

Kyle Perks obtained his Doctor of Osteopathy (EU) degree from the National University of Medical Sciences in 2019. Prior to receiving his doctorate, Kyle studied manual osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Canada. He earned his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) in 2011. After earning his diploma in osteopathy, Kyle studied Massage Therapy (advanced standing for health care providers) from the Ontario College of Health and Technology (OCHT), earning his diploma in massage therapy in 2014. He has a diverse background in rehabilitative health sciences, bringing a multifaceted approach to manual healthcare. Kyle Perks has experience in kinesiology and exercise science, physical and occupational therapy, sports nutrition, massage therapy and manual osteopathy. 

Kyle Perks completed his Bachelors degree in psychology, with a secondary focus in kinesiology at York University. He practices evidence-based, manual therapeutic techniques including osteo-articular joint mobilizations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and active/myofascial release therapy. 

Kyle is very well versed in rehabilitative exercises and in muscular strengthening and conditioning.  In 2022, Kyle became certified in Functional Range Release techniques. Functional Range Release technique, or FR® Release is an advanced, and comprehensive system of soft tissue assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. 

Kyle’s primary focus is helping his patients achieve optimal function and overall health and wellness. He looks forward to meeting you!

Irshaad Goodasahib, Registered Massage Therapist    

Irshaad graduated from Humber College with honors, is a Registered Massage Therapist, and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and relaxation. Through an evidence-based approach, Irshaad tailors treatments to each client’s needs to achieve their goals and wellness.
