Amber Dempster, Registered Massage Therapist (starting Sept 5, 2018)
Amber graduated from CompuCollege Massage Therapy ICT program, Saint John, in 2008. She has increased her knowledge and grown her skills by studying at such esteemed institutions as the Steiner Academy in London, UK.
While there, Amber learned Aromastone Spa Therapy. She worked among the most talented therapists in the world with modalities including, but not limited to, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Spa Therapy and Massage Therapy.
In addition to learning Swedish massage, Amber has also studied Table Thai Yoga Massage and Neuro Kinetic Therapy. Ask for details if you would like more information on a new approach to a traditional massage. A short consultation is required before these treatments.
Amber has over 10 years of experience as a RMT. Working and studying all over the world, spending half of her career with Massage Addict in Halifax.
Amber is very good at understanding your needs and listening to your personal goals. She will tailor the treatment to get you where you want to be.
Haleh Amani, Registered Massage Therapist
Haleh originally discovered her interest in massage therapy 15 years ago while in India, when she had her first Indian Head Massage treatment. She instantly fell in love with the modality and decided to move forward with an education in massage therapy.
Haleh began with taking courses in Thai and Facial massage. She practiced in Thailand for almost 2 years before moving home to Iran and opening her own clinic. After six years of owning and operating her clinic she and her family decided to immigrate to Canada. Haleh continued her Massage Therapy education by enrolling in the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Eastern College.
Her time at Eastern College helped Haleh to grow and progress in her profession, while broadening her skills. She specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, and facial massage. She also plans to complete her hot stone and cupping courses in the coming months.
Upon graduation Haleh joined the team at Massage Addict Lacewood, sharing her passion for massage therapy and helping people feel better.

Shanique Evans, Registered Massage Therapist
Shanique is a graduate of Eastern College where she spent two years completing the massage therapy program. Her previous experience in the health care industry is what lead her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, where she could follow her true passion for helping people.
Shanique is a people person. She is warm and friendly, and her main goal is to help her clients get the relief they need. She strives for results from the moment someone walks through her treatment room door.
Her specializations include deep tissue, relaxation, sports massage, TMJ massage, and myofascial work. Shanique will work hard with you to create a carefully thought out treatment plan that will help you towards the pain-free life that you’ve been longing for.

Kimberly Barnes, Registered Massage Therapist
Kim is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, Halifax Campus. Throughout her schooling, she gained experience with the treatment of specific conditions, including MS, TMJ dysfunction, tension headaches, and many more. She has a special interest in sports massage therapy and plans to continue her learning and education within this field. As well, she plans to further develop her skills and experience in myofascial, and many other specialties in the near future.
Kim’s main priority is client care and happiness. She loves to meet client’s goals and learn a few things along the way. During her studies, she gained experience is various clinical settings working alongside practicing RMT’s and chiropractors. Kim has volunteered at outreach events throughout Halifax including Studio in Essence (in conjunction with acrobatic fitness instructors.)
Kim is outgoing and professional and values the relationships she develops with her clients. She is excited to meet, and begin working, with you.
Gisella (Nelly G.) Vera S., Registered Massage Therapist
Gisella graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH-Halifax), She is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). She is also member of the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) as a Reiki Practitioner Level 1 (Shoden) & Level 2 (Okuden).
During her time at CCMH she was involved in Chronic Pain and Neurologic Outreach Clinics, her treatments focused on a fascial – gentle approach. Gisella has continued to develop her skill set to include: General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy, Trigger Points, TMJ Dysfunction (jaw massage), Indian Head Massage, Cupping Massage, Palliative Care, Psoas & Diaphragm Treatment, Hot Stone Massage and Remedial Exercises.
All of this training and knowledge enables her to treat different conditions from acute like strains/sprains to chronic and/or neurological issues (Scoliosis, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, etc.) She can communicate in Spanish or English and her priority is to understand her patient’s needs combining her skills and gentle approach to support them in their journey to wellness. Gisella is passionate about how important it is to listen to our bodies, to slow down and take care of ourselves. She is eager to meet you and to help you to design the treatment that you need to attain your goals.
Dwaine Campbell, Registered Massage Therapist
Dwaine is an RMT who graduated Eastern College 2200 hrs Massage Therapy program in February 2020 with Honors .He worked in healthcare for almost a decade where his passion for assisting clients to achieve a feeling of health and wellness lead him to massage therapy. Dwaine learned a variety of treatment options that can be placed into treatment plans to fit the clients goal. Some examples of these treatment options are: Relaxation massages, Myofascial Techniques , Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilization and working on active trigger points, in which he excelled.
Dwaine is a calming relaxed person who’s dedication and determination for the clients health and wellness along with his ability to accurately pin point treatment options and problem areas, will help him tailor a precise treatment plan to aid in living your optimal lifestyle.
Patricia Colford, Registered Massage Therapist
Patricia is a graduate of the ICT Northumberland College Massage Therapy Program. She also has her Reiki Level 1.
Throughout her schooling she gained experience in treating MS, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, and athletes. She has training in Thai Foot Reflexology Massage and Hot Stone. She is passionate about helping people to live their best quality of life.
She has seen how much massage can improve the quality of daily living for those in chronic pain and with chronic conditions and is passionate about doing what she can to help. She plans to get more training in chronic pain conditions.
Anjelika Marshall, Registered Massage Therapist
Anjelika Marshall has graduated from a Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2022 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Her specialties include Swedish Massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Throughout her schooling she gained experience treating various conditions such as migraines, tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, arthritis, and many more. Anjelika is passionate about helping her clients feel their best and tailor each treatment to meet their individual needs.

Samantha M., Registered Massage Therapist
A graduate of ICT Kikkawa College, Samantha has a passion for helping to relieve pain and stress through massage therapy. Her treatments are tailored to the individuals needs and wishes of clients to achieve the most during and after each session. She has firsthand experience with how beneficial regular massage can be, especially when combined with proper home-care. Samantha is trained to treat a variety of conditions using Fascial techniques, general Swedish massage, Myofascial Trigger Point release, Cross Fiber Frictions, Lymphatic Drainage and more. Applying these modalities allows her to create a blend between relaxation and therapeutic massage customized to fit your needs.
Katelyn Sudlow, Registered Massage Therapist
Katelyn attended and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Bedford. After graduation Katelyn moved to Whistler BC to enjoy her passions, skiing, biking and massage therapy. She worked with many athletes over the years and also has a background in relaxing restorative massages.
Katelyn recently moved back to Nova Scotia and is excited to continue working in the massage therapy field. She looks forward to meeting you and providing treatment to reach your personal goals.
Sergii Kozub, Registered Massage Therapist
Sergii was born and lived in Ukraine and then moved to Nova Scotia in 2014 to pursue his interest and become a Massage Therapist. Sergii has completed a massage therapy program at Eastern College Halifax graduating in February 2023.
While attending college, Sergii took courses in general Swedish massage, sports massage and myofascial relaxation. He has also been able to develop a diverse skill set that allows him to treat conditions such as whiplash, compartment syndromes, posture disorders, sprains, TMJ dysfunction, etc.
Sergii is dedicated to helping clients with his expertise in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Although it is known for its deep tissue work, it is also a great choice for a general relaxing massage. He is described as a very passionate and experienced therapist who believes that every treatment plan should be tailored to the person he is treating.
Kennedy Boutilier, Registered Massage Therapist
Kennedy is a graduate, with distinctions from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, Halifax Campus. She has gained experience treating MS, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, MVA injuries and many more conditions. Kennedy has great interest in sports therapy and plans to further her studies in this field. Additionally, she plans to focus on gaining more experience in myofascial and rehabilitation therapy.
Kennedy’s priority in her career is client care and well-being. She loves making sure her clients feel comfortable and that they have a full understanding of what each treatment will entail.
Kennedy is outgoing and professional, and takes great pride in the relationships she has with each client. She looks forward to meeting new clients and providing the best care possible to meet all of their goals.
Madison Buchanan, Registered Massage Therapist
Madison is a graduate of Eastern College in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her massage therapy skills range from therapeutic massage and relaxation- to deep tissue muscles/ joint focus. Madison is grateful she can help clients achieve their goals, whether it’s rehabilitation or therapeutic massage she strives to compose a massage that targets a positive solution. Massage Therapy has provided beneficial qualities for her own life and she would like to be able to share those experiences with others.

Adrienne Petley, Registered Massage Therapist
Adrienne is an RMT who graduated with honors from the massage therapy program at Eastern College, Halifax Campus in February 2023. She has gained experience and strong skills in treating postural abnormalities, tension headaches, migraines, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, and many more conditions. Adrienne has a high interest in therapeutic massage and relaxation and plans to continue her education within this field.
