Massage Addict is expanding our therapeutic offerings to include Assisted Stretching. Assisted Stretching helps clients move better, feel better, and live better — all within a trusted, comfortable, clinical, and professional environment.

This is more than just an add-on service — it’s part of our mission to elevate therapeutic wellness in Canada. Clients can now combine stretching with Massage, Chiropractic, Reflexology, and Acupuncture for stronger, longer-lasting results — all under one trusted brand.

Our science-backed, therapist-guided approach to stretching is rooted in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques.

Why This Matters

Canadians want proactive, movement-based care to stay mobile, recover faster, and prevent injuries.

The Massage Addict Edge

We’re delivering a clinically supported method, recommended by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and trusted by kinesiology professionals, within the safe, consistent, and professional environment Massage Addict is known for.

The Right Therapeutic Mix

Assisted Stretching complements our current therapies, creating a full-circle approach to wellness. Clients can now combine stretching with Massage, Chiropractic, Reflexology, and Acupuncture for stronger, longer-lasting results — all under one trusted brand.
