Katrina Young-Powers, Registered Massage Therapist
Katrina graduated from Mount Royal University and has been practicing massage since 2012. She has always been interested in medicine and felt she had a natural feel for massage therapy.
Katrina is trained in relaxation, therapeutic, pre and post natal massage as well as dynamic cupping. Her focus is in helping office workers through their aches and pains with a deep relaxing style.
Katrina was a competitive dancer in her youth. In her spare time she enjoys writing, and is an avid dungeons and dragons player.
Glenda Brown, Registered Massage Therapist
Glenda graduated from Makami Collage’s Massage Therapy program. She got into massage therapy to make a difference in people lives, and she has been helping people to feel better since 2016. A dynamic therapist who practices medium to deep tissue therapeutic massage, prenatal, cupping, relaxation, and hot-stone. In her spare time Glenda likes to read books, watch movies, dance Salsa & Cumbia, and she loves going to the beach.
Philip de Guzman, Registered Massage Therapist
Philip is a graduate of CDIs Massage Therapy Diploma program and got into massage to help people with their health and wellness goals. After exploring other professions, he thought it was time to enter a career that he was passionate about. Philip is clinical and therapeutic, and practices deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. He specializes in back neck and shoulder pain. In his spare time Philip enjoys jogging, watching basketball, and spending time with my close friends and family.
Tracey Fitzhenry, Registered Massage Therapist
Tracey Is a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program and has been practicing since 2017. Tracey has been interested in massage ever since she was young and after her husbands kidney transplant she decided to get involved with helping others to live an active an healthy life. Tracey is trained in deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point release, basic MLD, and relaxation techniques. She is also is certified in dialysis training so she can do it at home for her husband. In her spare time Tracey enjoys playing sports, music and movies.
Lindsay Watier, Registered Massage Therapist
Lindsay graduated from Makami College in 2020. She got into massage therapy because she has been interested with it for years after learning the effects on both mental and physical health. She wanted a more rewarding career where she could work with people while being able to help them.
She specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and cupping. She love working on the back, neck and shoulders and enjoy doing both therapeutic and relaxation. In her spare time, she love to travel, spend time with friends, go hiking and reading a good book.
Kathryn Robicheau, Registered Massage Therapist
Kathryn is a graduate of ABM College’s Massage Therapy program and graduated in 2020. Choosing a career in Massage was a spontaneous decision, but one of the best decision’s she’s ever made, as she derives great satisfaction from helping people escape their daily stresses. She is trained in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports Therapy and Swedish Massage. In her spare time Kathryn loves learning about and spending time with animals, going on adventures and watching YouTube video’s.
Sam Thompson, Registered Massage Therapist
Sam graduated from the 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Mount Royal University in 2016, however she started practicing after her first year in 2015. She has been an active member with CMMOTA, formerly RMTA, since June 2015. Sam's passion for helping people to live a better quality of life has always been her drive to continue her learning to better help her clients. With a background in Personal Training and Nutrition, she has combined her knowledge to give her clients the best possible care she possibly can. She continues to add to her "toolbelt" through pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well.
Although Sam doesn't specifically "specialize" in one particular modality or another, she loves treating myofascial restriction and sports injuries. However, she also enjoys treating for general maintenance, acute and chronic pain, and headache prevention and treatment.
Sam has additional training and certification in Advanced Orthopedic Massage and Dynamic Myofascial Cupping. In her very limited free time, Sam enjoys teaching herself new things. Her current project: teaching herself Mandarin.
Ashley Kotsos, Registered Massage Therapist
Ashley is a graduate of ABM College’s Massage Therapy program. Having a great passion for massage therapy and for the health of her clients, she treats every client with a positive attitude, compassion and understanding of the body
Ashley is trained to do Swedish massage, Non-Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial, trigger point release, orthopedic assessments, and much more.
She is comfortable doing prenatal massage and postural corrections. She specializes in work of the cervical spine, TMJ treatments, incorporating stretches during sessions as well as stress relief and relaxation massage. Her treatments are specifically fitted for each one of her clients needs and general well being.
In her spare time Ashley loves to hike, read, spend time with her family, dogs and go on adventures with her friends.
Reylan Picardo-Forbes, Registered Massage Therapist
Reylan is a graduate of ABM College's Massage Therapy program. He is an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). He enjoys treating problems related to shoulders, lower back and neck. He is adept in performing deep tissue work, trigger-point therapy, sports therapy, therapeutic, and Swedish massage. Where Reylan gets his drive, passion and reason for Massage Therapy all stem from his ever-growing curiosity about the human body. The mysteries discovered and newfound researches only pique his interest in what the world of medicine is capable of unfolding.
On his off days, Reylan likes to watch anime and play videogames. He is also interested in drawing and sketching.
Amanda Frank, Registered Massage Therapist
Amanda graduated from Eastern College in Halifax NS and has been practicing since 2018. She chose to become a massage therapist after experiencing first hand the benefits and wanted to help others to reduce their daily stress and recover from injuries.
She is trained in general Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial and prenatal massage. In her spare time Amanda enjoys traveling, spending time outside, preferably by the water and spending time with friends and family.
Donald Arcena, Registered Massage Therapist
Donald was a practicing Physiotherapist in the Philippines before moving to Canada. Wanting to share his knowledge, along with his 11 years experience in Physiotherapy, Donald finished ABM College's Massage Therapy program in 2018. He is a member of the Canadian Massage And Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association (CMMOTA).
He is certified to perform hot stone and dynamic cupping treatments. Although he specialize in therapeutic deep tissue and sports massage, he can also perform Swedish relaxation treatments. Donald modifies his treatments depending on what his clients need. On his spare time, he likes to stay at home and spend time with his family.
Erin Zacharias, Registered Massage Therapist
Erin fulfilled a lifelong dream when she became a Registered Massage Therapist is 2009. Her specialties include deep tissue, Swedish massage and cupping. She is currently studying to become an Acupuncturist and Herbalist.
When she is not massaging or studying, she volunteers as sport trainer for rugby and football, hikes, bikes and plays hockey.
Loni Chilton, Registered Massage Therapist
Loni finished the 2200-hr Massage Therapy program of ABM College. Her goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage. She likes to give therapeutic massage as it works the problem areas while still allowing for relaxation.
Loni believes that regular bodywork is the key to living up to your fullest potential. Massage can be beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a caring, knowledgeable therapist. Her massage technique combines Swedish, craniosacral, deep tissue, and therapeutic treatments to provide lasting results.
During her off time, She enjoys cooking and spending time with her dogs.
