Chris McPherson, Registered Massage Therapist
Chris has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for well over 12 years, serving the communities of Burlington and Oakville. Chris has extensive hands-on training in Swedish, Deep tissue, Relaxation and Myofascial massage, and various other modalities. Chris’ goals as a therapist is to ensure that every client receives the best experience possible by specifically catering to each client, based on their individual needs.
Elizabeth Larsen, Registered Massage Therapist
Elizabeth graduated from Hamilton's Alexandrian Institute in 2000. Elizabeth uses a variety of modalities, such as Myofascial Work, Trigger Point Therapy and various Swedish techniques to address each individual and ensure great results and wellbeing.
Jennifer Lenthall, Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer is a skilled massage therapist who graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2007. Since graduating, Jennifer has helped people relieve clients of pain from sports injuries, stress, motor vehicle accidents, every day aches and pains and headaches.
Jennifer has worked in a variety of clinical settings and has extensive training in many treatment modalities, a few being Swedish Massage, Trigger point and Myofascial Therapy.
Ruta Sieluzycka, Registered Massage Therapist
Ruta graduated from Oxford College and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. She has experience in general Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial release and Trigger point therapy. She believes that educating her clients on how they can play an active role in their recovery and meeting their treatment goals is an essential component in her therapeutical approach and provides them with remedial exercises for stretching and strengthening and other self-care recommendations for home to further maintain and promote their mobility and general well-being. Ruta is also fluent in English and Polish.
Erynne Williams, Registered Massage Therapist
Erynne graduated in 2012 from Sutherland-Chan School for massage therapy in Toronto, one of the top schools for massage therapy in Canada. She is a member in good standing with the CMTO and RMTAO.
While in school, she gained extensive experience in sports injury therapy, pre- and post-natal massage, breast massage for post-mastectomy and other surgical procedures, myofacial release, and of course, Swedish and relaxation massage. Being involved in sports her whole life, especially karate and basketball, she understands the importance of keeping her body as healthy as possible and injury free– one of the main reasons she chose massage therapy as a profession. One of Erynne’s passions is to help people realize and then achieve their physical potential, as well as a whole person, and has recently added BodyMind Coaching to her services.
Erynne is also a Doula, and loves being able to help new parents (and new again!) have the best birthing experience possible. By using her training in anatomy, physiology and massage, Erynne is equipped to help women manage pain during labour, as well as post-natal care.
Gregory Tristani, Registered Massage Therapist
My name is Gregory Tristani. I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer & Human Movement Specialist eager to work with clients seeking relaxation, rehabilitation & other benefits from Massage Therapy. As a competitive soccer player growing up, I have a passion for athletics with my interests including & not limited to Rock Climbing, Hiking, Hockey & Snowboarding. During my off periods, I like to spend my time up north with my family relaxing by the lake and cooking for family & friends. My personal philosophy when it comes to Massage Therapy is to empower you with encouragement & education, remedying limitations thus allowing us to strengthen you in your day to day activity. My eagerness to learn more has me continuously adding more modalities to my profession, such as Kinesiology Taping with more to be added.
Sameh Said, Registered Massage Therapist
Sameh believes that knowing how and why injuries happen is the key element to improve health and wellness. He has a strong commitment to help people to understand how to prevent any injuries. He values the importance of communication and believes that accurate assessments lead to perfect treatment plans which can assist clients on achieving personal goals.
Sameh also firmly believes in the body's ability to heal itself and works with his clients to promote healing variety of techniques are integrated into a treatment such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, gentle joint mobilizations, and soft tissue therapy, along with some home care strengthening and stretching exercises when needed.
Martina Hana, Registered Massage Therapist
Martina is a registered massage therapist and in a good standing with College of Massage therapy of Ontario( CMTO ).
Martina is knowledgeable in a variety of massage therapy techniques and can perform Swedish Massage, and Relaxation Massage, and she is incorporating a variety of treatments including GTO, PNF, and light Joint Mobilization.
Martina’s truest passion is to encourage and promote the body’s own natural healing abilities through massage.
Hui Ming (Helen) Yu, Registered Massage Therapist
Helen graduated from the Massage Therapy program and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture program in John & Jenny Traditional Chinese Medicine College. As a RMT and R.Ac, She uses Swedish massage and traditional Chinese Tuina and Guasha techniques to help treat headaches and migraine, and neck, shoulder, low back pain. She also provides special pelvic health acupuncture treatment to women.
On her spare time, Helen is good at writing Chinese poem and health related articles to promote knowledge for public health. And enjoy traditional Chinese dancing as well as Chinese Qigong. Helen is fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese.
Gursharan (Sharan) Bassi, Registered Massage Therapist
Sharan completed her Bachelors of Science at Brock University and Massage Therapy Diploma at Mohawk College. She focuses on a holistic approach to care and uses manual manipulation, fascial release, joint mobilization’s and many more techniques to help her clients relieve their pain and discomfort. She loves helping people and staying educated on new ways of healing!
Raphael Keelan, Registered Massage Therapist
Raphael has been a therapist for the past 11 years, offering various modalities of healing. She is a Reiki Master and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner.
As a RMT Raphael brings these skills to the 'table' to provide a balanced, intuitive, yet practical approach to each client and their individual needs. She enjoys the daily practice of traditional Ashtanga yoga and has been teaching classes since 2015 with a continued dedication to helping people move, feel, & be well. Raphael currently likes to study functional movement and various modalities, as they relate to her mission to educate and guide others on their own path, to optimal health and relaxation.
