Sharon Lynch, Registered Massage Therapist
Sharon completed a dual diploma program in Sports Injury Therapy and Massage Therapy at Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, Ontario. Throughout her career as a Registered Massage Therapist, her professional experience has consisted of clinical work in chiropractic, hotel spa, home therapy and currently in sports medicine, physiotherapy and massage therapy settings. As a Registered Massage Therapist, she has cared for individuals who experience work-related and overuse stress, pregnancy massage, motor vehicle accident, post surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, elite, national, Olympic and professional athletes, as well as, special populations with neurological disorders and palliative patients. Through her continuing education, she has now integrated Micropoint Stimulation Therapy (MPS) into her practice for surgical scar and myofascial tissue adhesion release as well as other Advanced massage.
Gratiela Geampana, Registered Massage Therapist
Gratiela has been practicing Swedish Massage since 1998 where she graduated in Romania, and then went on to graduate from Wellspring College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. Gratiela loves to help people. She believes that her hands are the extension of her heart. Gratiela specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Therapy, Hot Stone and Cupping. She is also trained in Dolphin MPS Therapy, using microcurrent impulses to help with scar release and many chronic or acute soft tissue pain issues.
Suzy Trupcevic, Registered Massage Therapist
Suzy graduated from Sutherland-Chan school and teaching clinic in Toronto in 1999. She has been practicing for 18 years and has gained experience and extensive knowledge throughout her career in Massage Therapy. This career has allowed her to help many different people, and it’s what she loves to do.
Suzy incorporates a variety of modalities to her practice including; Chinese Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Acupressure and Aromatherapy.
She is very passionate about women's health issues, and is an advocate of Mental Health. She believes in taking care of ourselves in the challenges of life. Suzy's treatment focus is using her extensive knowledge in helping her clients feel better and optimizing their health.
Michael De Ciantis, Registered Massage Therapist
Michael’s journey to massage has been circuitous. He graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with an Honours degree in 2006 and went on to a successful 12-year career on Bay Street in Toronto in the Financial Services sector. After struggling with chronic pain and fatigue, Michael developed a passion for health and wellness. After improving his own quality of life through lifestyle change, Michael left his job in 2018 in the interest of helping others do the same. Michael took a 10-month parental leave to care for his first son, Jacob, before going back to school. He graduated at the top of his class en route to an Honours diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health & Technology in 2019. He is currently registered, in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Michael believes that massage can be an integral component of any rehabilitation plan as well as help minimize pain and increase body awareness for sustained well-being. His approach to treatment is multimodal and comprehensive, utilizing a combination of several therapeutic techniques and remedial exercises individually tailored for optimal patient outcomes. Michael’s versatile skill set allows him to effectively treat patients both clothed and with sheets. Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, GTO release, Muscle Approximation, Positional Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Joint Mobilization are a few of the many techniques that he utilizes on a regular basis. As a life-long learner, continuing education is a crucial ongoing commitment for Michael in his desire to be of greatest service to the broadest spectrum of patients. To date, he has completed a workshop in Myofascial Cupping and Soft Tissue Release, with aspirations of further training in Medical Acupuncture, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Active Release Techniques, among other modalities.
Michael is a family man and currently resides in Burlington with his wife and two sons, Jacob (2) and Mason (6 months). He enjoys his daily meditation practice, yoga and hockey. He is a steadfast supporter of the the Maple Leafs, Raptors and Blue Jays and is always happy to talk sports. Michael is also an accomplished runner, having completed eight marathons. He is a voracious consumer of audio books and podcasts of varying topics revolving around health and wellness. Michael is also passionate about, and inspired by, volunteerism. He has engaged in wide-ranging efforts from Meals on Wheels and managing individual and corporate fundraising campaigns to helping out at the local shelter and regularly donating blood.
Inna Grytsiuk, Registered Massage Therapist
Inna is from the Ukraine, where she practiced as a Medical Doctor. In 2006 she graduated from LubaMera School of Aesthetics & Cosmetology in Burlington and worked as aesthetician in a spa setting. In 2009 she graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington and started her career as a Massage Therapist. She improves her knowledge and skills by taking continuing education courses regularly.
Inna provides Swedish relaxation and deep tissue massage to address the needs and concerns of her clients. She also incorporates facial and Indie head massage in her treatments if requested.
Leila Hewitt, Registered Massage Therapist
Leila is a graduate of Mohawk College. She is a member of the RMTAO and a member in good standing with the CMTO.
After working for many years in the leasing/financial industry in an office setting, the opportunity for a career change was presented, which led her on a new path. The idea of being in the health field was always in the back of her mind and when the opportunity arose, it was an easy decision.
Leila has experience working as an RMT in a clinic and in a spa setting. She loves being able to help her clients feel better, whether it is relaxation that is needed or treatment for a specific issue. Leila is confident treating clients of all ages and looks forward to coming up with a plan to help you feel better.
