Kit W., Certified Reflexologist
Kit's thirty years of experience as a dancer, singer, actor and choreographer and her passion for health and wellness lead her to a career in reflexology. In 2013 she graduated from Footsteps School of Reflexology Inc. for which she is now on the teaching staff for the 300 hour reflexology diploma and the Mom and Baby reflexology courses currently running year round. Kit's favourite thing about reflexology besides the CNS (Central Nervous System,) is that is beneficial for all ages. Her strong belief is that Preventative Health = Better Health.
Kelly W., Certified Reflexologist
Kelly has been a licensed Holistic Practitioner since 2006. She is a Reiki Master and Registered Reflexologist with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO). She has treated hospital staff, including the patients at the Adolescent Eating Disorders Program at the North York General Hospital. Kelly takes a gentle approach with her clients and encourages them to investigate their mental, emotional and physical well-being. Her goal is to help them to develop tools for sustaining better health in the face of everyday life challenges. She has worked with clients to address issues such as headaches, sinus congestion, allergies, IBS, anxiety and stress, urinary tract infections, reproductive ailments, insomnia, chronic pain, general body pain and conditions requiring detoxification.
Vicki P., Certified Reflexologist
Vicki is a graduate from Footsteps School of Reflexology and is a Certified Reflexologist with RAC. Her fascination with holistic health originated in 2015 during her travels to Thailand after completing her Reiki Level 1&2 certification. Shortly after she completed her Reiki Master, Vicki continued to explore various modalities including Sound Healing and Touch for Health Kinesiology. Her reflexology treatments focus on bringing the mind, body, and spirit into harmony while allowing her clients to relax. She takes pride in being able to assist the body’s own healing abilities through a therapeutic approach.
