Leslie M., Registered Massage Therapist
Leslie brings a passion for healthcare with 15 years as a Registered Nurse (RN). She transferred that knowledge and experience to her new vocation as an RMT. Leslie is competent in ASL (American Sign Language) so can provide care for clients that are Hearing Impaired. Trained in many techniques, Leslie enjoys practicing Swedish massage, direct myofascial stretching and joint mobilizations. She can provide relaxation and/or deep tissue treatments with a real focus on clients who are experiencing stress and or chronic pain due to their work environment; whether that be spending long hours at a computer, standing on your feet or chasing after a toddler. As a practitioner of yoga, Leslie incorporates remedial exercises into a homecare plan, which can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
Emil D., Registered Massage Therapist
Emil graduated from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2010 and has been enjoying providing massage therapy treatments to many happy clients ever since in the Beach. He is experienced in deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and trigger point work. He finds these techniques effective in the treatment of injuries, as well as beneficial for preventative care of his clients. He also encourages relaxation in his treatments to complement his more technical work. Emil fully customizes his treatments to the client's needs and wants based on their health history and his initial assessment and discussions with his clients.

Olha has been trained to treat a wide variety of conditions including: headaches, sprains, strains, whiplash, respiratory dysfunctions, general pain, and more. Olha is highly skilled in providing massage services to clients utilizing safe, appropriate and healthy massage techniques. Olha also has a strong capability to observe a client’s reaction to massage and modify the treatment plan accordingly. She has extensive clinical experience and specializes in deep tissue work, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and hot stone. These techniques help to decrease pain, improve range of motion, strengthen posture, and increase function of the whole body. Her approach to bodywork is always holistic and she treats each and every one of her clients differently based on their body's needs, health conditions, and response to her massage techniques. She also provides Hot Stone and Cupping treatments.
Sai K., Registered Massage Therapist
Sai has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 15 years. She graduated from Centennial College and hasn't looked back. She specializes in more relaxing massage, using Swedish techniques that involve mild, moderate or deeper strokes on the back, arms, legs, neck and other body parts. This targets tissues and muscles for maximal pain relief, stress release, and relaxation. It promotes healing while targeting pain and injuries using gliding, kneading, tapping, and friction to ease back pain and help relaxation. She also provides Hot Stone massage and Cupping.

Perry is a graduate from Oxford College and specializes in Swedish Massage, with a specialization in Deep tissue work, Trigger-Point therapy. Stretching, Joint Mobilization, and Myofacial Release. With a diverse background in various forms of dance, pilates, and yoga, he likes to incorporate aspects of these disciplines in his treatment plans. Believing that massage therapy, as well as regular exercise, can greatly improve one’s overall health and well-being. He has recently added Cupping to his practice.

Gabriela has been a Registered Massage Therapist for several years. Melanie has worked as a massage therapist since 2003. Having a background in dramatic arts and she graduated with a BA in English from the University of Western. Melanie is both professional and passionate about her treatments. Melanie believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her 17 years experience to assist in this process. She embodies compassion and a healing touch, developing her own signature style. Melanie understands that every person has a unique challenge and prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual. While massage is a manual therapy that manipulates the soft tissue and decreases muscle tension, pain, stress and depression she believes in finding the perfect balance of your body and soul and bringing harmony to your mind and spirit. She is well versed in the areas of Swedish Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. Melanie is always looking for new opportunities to ensure her clients feel aligned both spiritually and physically. She is able to provide to her clients with a therapeutic touch, getting deeper into their muscle, as needed but also giving them a sense of relaxation.

Lexi offers individually designed treatments, with a relaxing and therapeutic touch. Her expertise lies in trigger point release, increasing range of motion, and focuses on the recovery of the specific needs of her clients. Lexi believes that massage therapy is a vital part in restoring and maintaining a properly functioning body and she is proficient in Swedish massage along with deep tissue work, trigger point release, and stretching. She has recently added Cupping to her practice.
Grant S., Registered Massage Therapist
Grant graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. He has been a massage therapist for over twenty years and has worked in a variety of clinical settings. He has treated all ages and conditions including pre and post natal support for mothers and newborns, treatment of running injuries and rehab after joint replacement surgery. Grant has a special interest in headaches and chronic neck dysfunction and his treatment style is self-described as deep tissue, sports, stretching, and dynamic.
Pamela C., Registered Massage Therapist
Pamela has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008, when she graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College with diplomas in Sports Injury Therapy and Massage Therapy. During her career she has gained experience in many different settings, including medical clinics; athletics clubs; spas; movie, television and theater production sets; and sporting events. This diverse experience allows her to adjust her treatment based on each individual patient and their specific needs, whether post injury rehabilitation, repetitive strain, work related aches or simply relaxation. Pamela has a passion for helping others and is always happy to discuss ways of living a healthy and pain free life. Having struggled with her own injuries over time she has learned that strengthening our sore, tired, weakened muscles can actually greatly reduce daily aches and pains and strives to maintain an active lifestyle herself.
Sam J., Registered Massage Therapist
Sam graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from Sutherland-Chan in 2016. His technique incorporate Swedish techniques. However, he is also very skilled in Tui Na, which is a form of Chinese Massage Therapy, incorporating acupressure techniques, which can be very gentle or quite firm. Depending on the clients needs, Sam will often incorporate both styles into his treatment to produce the best possible outcome for his clients. He has worked in various clinic atmospheres, alongside many different healthcare practitioners. In continuing to broaden his knowledge and skills, Sam is currently studying acupuncture. He enjoys bringing relief to his clients through his treatments and techniques, and guiding them to their healthcare goals.
Eva M., Registered Massage Therapist
Eva has been an RMT for over 3 years and she specializes in trigger point therapy, meaning a strong focus on treatments that help remove all those knots and tension areas linked to pain, stress, and insomnia. She also incorporates other techniques such as, swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and decompression of the nerves. Her treatments are effective in working on conditions such as TMJ, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and fibromyalgia to name a few. Eva has also obtained level 2 reiki certification and abdominal fascial releases of the visceral organs. Eva has worked in multidisciplinary clinics where she gained valuable knowledgeable in treatment planning with a variety of clients such as athletes, pre and post injury cases, as well as, postural issues due to ergonomics. This experience has provided her a detailed understanding of the healing process and the best methods in which to achieve them. Graduating as an RMT in 2012, Yesenia has worked in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics. She has worked on many conditions from MVA related injuries to sports related injuries. She enjoys working with a team of practitioners toward a common goal of better health, wellness, and fitness for her clients. Yesenia has continued to develop her skills as an RMT and has taken courses to further her development in
swedish massage, deep tissue, PNF Stretches, Indie head massage, Thai massage techniques, trigger point therapy, and tapotement. She incorporates all these techniques into her client treatment plans which also include remedial exercises and home care instruction.

Kenneth became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2012, graduating from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Being an RMT for over seven years and seeing different kinds of conditions, he focuses his work on finding and treating the root of the problem rather than the symptoms alone. He fully customizes his treatments to the client's needs based on their health history and initial assessment. Kenneth’s treatments are focussed in the areas of deep tissue, sports injuries, rehabilitation, pre and post-natal massage, and postural correction. He believes in educating his clients on the importance of stretching and strengthening exercises within a balanced lifestyle. He is passionate about what he does and feels honoured to have a role in contributing to the health and healing of others.

Ivy specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of her patients using general Swedish techniques, while focusing on joint and muscle manipulation as required. She focuses her treatments on finding the source of the pain or discomfort and targeting that area extensively. Ivy's treatment methods include manipulation, mobilization, as well as, soft tissue techniques. Her goal is to provide the highest quality care for each and every patient.
