Kai ("Kay") Hong Lau, Registered Massage Therapist
Kai graduated from Wellsprings College in Richmond Hill in 2010 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Kai is a professional, pleasant RMT who has experience working with a variety of conditions and enjoys treating clients who have sustained injuries and are seeking soft tissue rehabilitation. He designs treatment plans specific to the condition(s) of his clients which are based on their individual need. He is also proficient in three languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Aleksei Sandu, Registered Massage Therapist
Alex graduated from Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy and Esthetics and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (C.M.T.O).
He is proficient in deep tissue, sports injury treatment, myofascial release, swedish and treating every day aches and pains from headaches to overall muscular tension.
In the past, he has worked alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, medical doctors at multidisciplinary, private, and hospital settings as an active care specialist and massage therapist in various rehabilitative and research capacities.

Jennifer Snider, Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from Everest College in Newmarket. With extensive experience in range of motion testing, soft tissue manipulation and hydrotherapy, Jennifer enjoys providing her clients with courses of treatment for medical conditions and injuries, as well as wellness maintenance.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys outreach activities such as Relay For Life, MS Walk, and her work with the Ontario Deaf/Blind Society.
Jennifer looks forward to meeting Massage Addict members and new clients and she is willing to offer any assistance with questions they may have.
Yuliang (Julian) Lou, Registered Massage Therapist
Julian graduated from the Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy in Richmond Hill in 2012. He is qualified in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology and Tuina. He also holds a Certificate as a Personal Training Specialist from Canfitpro. Julian is an experienced massage therapist who is also dedicated to providing therapeutic massage and educating clients on overall health and wellness.
Helen Croucher, Registered Massage Therapist
Helen graduated the 3 year Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program in 2012. Since then she has had experience working alongside a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, and Osteopath, as well as personal trainers in a gym and a private training facility. Helen has had experience treating both acute and chronic stage sports-related injuries, as well as everyday conditions ranging from stress to disc herniations. She looks forward to working with the Massage Addict team!
Cheryl Roberts, Registered Massage Therapist
Cheryl chose Registered Massage Therapy as her profession in 1999 because it is a non-invasive, drug free, hands-on method of healing that enables her to work one-on-one with her clients to achieve a positive outcome. Her specialty is relaxation and trigger point therapy for headaches and migraines, shoulder and back pain. Cheryl delivers her treatments with compassion, patience and understanding.
Karen Perry, Registered Massage Therapist
Karen graduated in 2001 with a Diploma of Massage Therapy from Centennial College in Toronto. Her cheerful, caring and conscientious manner has allowed her to develop strong therapeutic relationships when caring for patients from birth to 100 years of age. She provides rehabilitative, preventative, relaxing and comfort massage therapy to those who are experiencing pain and dysfunction due to injury, surgical and other medical treatments for long-term illnesses, depression, stress, migraines, facial and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD.) She is competent in traditional Swedish massage techniques where she applies very light strokes to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy based on the patient’s individual needs, assessment and health status. Karen has had additional training in massage therapy for people experiencing short- and long-term side effects from cancer and its treatments, massage of the palliative patient, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD) and modalities such as Craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and Reiki.
Matthew Drag, Registered Massage Therapist
Obtaining a diploma in Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant from Centennial College in 2013 and an Advanced Diploma of Massage Therapy from Georgian College, Matthew has acquired a wide variety of knowledge in human pathologies and injuries. He understands how massage therapy aids in the maintenance and/or recovery of these potentially life changing conditions as he has worked alongside a variety of practitioners including chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths.
Matthew became certified as a Registered Massage Therapist in December 2016 with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). He is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA). Matthew currently works at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital as a Therapy Assistant in the orthopedics units with various age groups, with patients recovering from total hip replacements, total knee replacements and back surgeries. He uses a variety of massage techniques that help with relieving stress and tension, reducing pain, improving circulation, decreasing signs of inflammation, reducing scarring, increasing joint mobility and enhancing muscle performance.
In his personal life, Matthew is a huge mixed martial arts fan, fitness enthusiast and enjoys playing soccer. He is excited to be a part of the Massage Addict team!
Nicki Camardi, Registered Massage Therapist
Nicki is a Registered Massage Therapist. He completed his program in May 2017 at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. He is truly fascinated by the human body and optimizing its capabilities. Nicki’s end goal is to empower people to increase their health, wealth, and happiness. He hopes to help facilitate people’s journey of health and wellness.
His approach to massage will be based on the client’s desired outcome. This outcome based massage will be accomplished by incorporating evidence based practices, clinical decision making, and building a therapeutic relationship. He uses various techniques such as petrissage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretching, fascial techniques, muscle activation, and range of motion techniques alongside critical thinking to accomplish these desired outcomes.
Optimal wellness is the balance of mind, body, and spirit; his treatment will be based on improving these aspects to create harmony throughout the body.
Nicki’s interests include biohacking which is the act of manipulating the internal or external environment to create the biological desired outcome. Nicki also enjoys Brazilian Jujitsu, weight lifting, listening to podcasts, reading books, creating music, being out in nature, and exploring novel ideas.
Helen Oliveira, Registered Massage Therapist
Helen graduated from Wellsprings College in Richmond Hill in 2010 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Helen loves anything to do with people, health, and the body. She has always been interested in how the body heals innately, how it functions in the presence of various stressors and how individuals subjectively view their own health.
She is experienced with traditional Swedish massage. She uses techniques such as myofascial release, passive stretching using Fascia stretch, trigger point therapy to reduce pain and increase range of motion to promote relaxation. She is skilled at providing stress-relieving massage to assist in the treatment of headaches, migraines, chronic tension and pain, as well as injuries at any stage. Besides the Massage Therapy, she is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Helen will create a custom treatment and provide home care exercises to work towards the results you’re looking for. She looks forward to continuing her education to learn more techniques and modalities for the future.
