Corey attended Elmcrest College in Toronto and has been an RMT for 13 years now. Throughout his career he has worked in physiotherapy clinics, chiropractic offices, mobile onsite in offices, he has worked alongside a family doctor and even done some work at a spa. Corey uses a combination of deep tissue techniques along with myofascial and swedish techniques to help alleviate your pain and get you back to enjoying your life."
Marcel Zardo, Registered Massage Therapist
Marcel graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in 2015 and he is very passionate about massage therapy. He has treated a wide range of clients through his schooling and outreach locations such as Humber College varsity teams, Loft drug addiction and mental health, Community living, and Baycrest Hospital. Marcel has an assortment of skills that range from Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial techniques, Trigger point therapy, Therapeutic taping, Lymphatic drainage, General Swedish and relaxation massage techniques. Marcel commits himself to each client he treats, and always performs to the best of his abilities, to ensure your satisfaction.
Hongdu Zhao, Registered Massage Therapist
Hongdu truly loves natural therapies. Being affected by his mother, a doctor who has both degrees in conventional western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, he began to pay attention to Traditional Chinese Medicine and studied some herbs and energy channels in humans’ body since he was in high school, as a hobby.
In his latter life, he formally learned Traditional Chinese Medicine, Swedish massage therapy and the General Osteopathic Treatments because all those therapies doing treatments in natural methods.
He is now a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, who has the authority of applying acupuncture, cupping, and herbs description (RTCMP).
Rommel Lee C. Mesias, Registered Massage Therapist
Is an aspiring young therapist, he is an excellent listener, experienced in communicating with clients to determine their treatment requirements, he uses assessment methods and specialized orthopedic tests to determine clinical impressions for the clients. He offers excellent relaxation massage and deep tissue techniques to release muscle tension. He has hands on experience and in-depth knowledge in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Golgi Tendon Organ & Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching techniques.
Jamie-Suzanne Reese, Registered Massage Therapist
Jamie graduated from Humber College in 2014 with an advanced diploma in massage therapy. Throughout her 3 year program she had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients providing treatments ranging from relaxation with palliative care to sport massages with athletes. Prior to finding Massage Addict in November 2015, Jamie worked alongside a chiropractor and physiotherapist. She is also a member of RMTAO and trained in hot stone massage.
Tracey Banks-Root, Registered Massage Therapist
Tracey has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 19 years and is very passionate about helping people on their healing journey. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage with myofascial release, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques make for a relaxing yet effective massage.
Aiman Elboghdadi, Registered Massage Therapist
Aiman is a physiotherapist by trade; who really enjoyed the hands-on aspect of the career, which sparked his interest in becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Aiman graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2018. He uses a trigger point release technique that helps to assist muscle pain related to sports injuries. He also is trained in Reflexology. In his recreational time, Aiman enjoys reading, swimming and traveling.
Laura Dawkins, Registered Massage Therapist
Laura began as an Educator working with youth in both educational and recreational settings. She has always been fascinated with the connection between mind and body, which lead to her pursue a degree in Psychology and Education from Nipissing University followed by a diploma in Massage Therapy. Laura is a graduate from a 2200-hour program at Eastern College in Fredericton, NB. She joins us from Massage Addict- Fredericton where she began her career and immediately loved being apart of client’s meaningful physical and mental self-care.
She is happy to offer a compassionate touch to soothe symptoms of conditions such as whiplash, frozen shoulder, sciatica, fibromyalgia, sprains/strains, carpal tunnel as well as daily wear and tear on the body. An important part of her practice is educating clients of postural imbalances, remedial exercise, and general home care to empower clients to take charge of their path to recovery. Typically treating using a combination of soothing General Swedish Massage with deeper techniques within your comfort, she looks forward to helping you feel both rested and centered.
Tammy Sideris, Registered Massage Therapist
Tammy has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 13 years. She enjoys working with people of all ages and is a compassionate therapist with experience working in a spa setting as well as multi disciplinary clinics. Pre and post natal massage, sports massage, acute and chronic pain syndromes are just some of the areas Tammy is well versed in. Providing clients with self care is an important part of the treatment as well.
