Dr. Manuel Gil, Licensed Chiropractor

Dr. Manuel Gil graduated with highest honours in 2013 from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. During his undergraduate years, he volunteered at the Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Center as a chiropractic assistant which sparked his interest in the profession.

Dr. Gil started chiropractic school in 2014, winning the R. Lloyd Pennington Memorial award for the highest admission score and the CMCC Entrance Scholarship for the highest GPA upon admission. While he was completing his chiropractic studies, he held leadership positions on several committees, most notably the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association where he sat as vice-president and subsequently president. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2018.

Dr. Gil has several years of experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and has special interest in treating sports injuries, having volunteered his expertise for a local semi-pro football team. He has advanced training in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy and enjoys incorporating deep tissue work along with his adjustments.

In his spare time, Dr. Gil enjoys hiking with his wife, spending time with his family, and cooking.

Dr. Nicole Mancini, Licensed Chiropractor

Dr. Mancini obtained her Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Her treatment style incorporates spinal manipulation and soft tissue therapy, along with patient education and rehabilitation.

During her time at CMCC, Dr. Mancini participated in the Interprofessional Educational Council, a non-profit student group which aims to encourage the relationships between chiropractors and other health disciplines. Her prior practice experience through CMCC's affiliation includes internships at the CMCC Campus Clinic and St. Michael’s Hospital Clinic.  Dr. Mancini is a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Associations.

When pursuing higher education, Dr. Mancini always had a desire to be a part of the healthcare community. She first became interested in chiropractic care after seeing the benefit that manual care provided to her friends and family members. Chiropractic integrates her desire to treat the cause of an individual’s pain and provide patients with tools to lead an active and pain-free life.

For leisure, Dr. Mancini devotes time with her friends and family through exploring many local communities, cooking, and reading a good book.
